interesting factoid for you all. water is actually not conductive at all. distilled water doesn't conduct electricity at all. the impurities that are in solution with water are what conducts electricity.
Water is conductive, as is vapor. When my Jutsu interacted with the vapor, it charged fully with lightning. As Kakashi approached my clone, it dissipated due to the currents in the vapor. Kakashi was zapped by the charged vapor, but only slightly.

I always hate this. if time is slower inside of something it means that less time is passing there than here. if the time passing is 2x slower inside of that training realm than it is in reality. that means that every 1 day inside of that realm is 2 days outside of the realm. if it was 2x faster, then 2 days would pass inside the realm and 1 day outside.
The Ability Of Training Inside The Undying Cycle's Realm, where time can be several times slower, with your current capabilities, you can only enter the first zone, where it's 2x times slower!

this is stupid. you have to be strong to move fast. strength and speed are literally the same thing. you can't get faster staying at the same strength level. speed comes from acceleration, and to accelerate quickly one needs power. these are inseparable things.
