Replied to Jerry_Magnuson correct me if I am wrong but from what I remmember SAO monsters dont respawn. If they are killed then thats it.
Killing native players will net players 10 points. And 1000 points for killing another Dimension Lobby player.

Well, this is not bad. I agree with the others that it came with a quite questionable start but the story is going smooth now. This is good enough for me.
