Although I could accept some casualties during a battle, I wasn't going to invite the total eradication of a universe for a fight I could avoid. For that reason, I also didn't just brush him off after turning legendary, despite the fact that I knew I could confidentially take him on now. At least, our power would be a lot closer.

Now it turned all into my prowess as my conscious was brought back to what was happening around me. Now I stood against these foes and for the first time, I truly became Him. At this point, I was no longer a human soul that inhabited a Saiyan body, I truly integrated into it. A Saiyan through its bones and flesh, down to its soul.

Another being evidently on a similar level. Clad in armor, a powerful and ancient existence that emitted a similar aura to that of Darkseid. Merely looking at him made me connect him to a distant memory I had of him. I knew his name despite never meeting him before. Mobius. Also called the Anti-Monitor.

It almost looked like a stance that he had seen humans use in their martial art called take-one-down or something like that. Heavy usage of fast kicks was all that he remembered of the style.

My entire body was trembling as more and more power rushed through it. Building up inside me. Pushing me further. My muscles strained as they pumped full of energy. I could barely control it. I walked onto the platform and raised my ki to endure the pressure as I looked at her sitting there waiting. It was a familiar sight as she had always waited for me like this as well when we were about to spar. It wasn't until I learned to imitate their ki control I bridged the gap. My fist flew and crashed against Vegeta's. Our fists clashed, and no one gained supremacy. The force didn't create a shockwave and my arm didn't feel like breaking. Our attacks had perfectly canceled each other out. I turned around and raised my leg. I successfully blocked Kakarot's kick.

I was a bit heartbroken that I once again couldn't admire the destruction of Apocalypse, but perhaps I would have another opportunity in the future... Why did I feel like I was becoming Darkseid's predator?

Too bad that I was too evasive for him to put his hand on him. It was already too bad I knew of his fighting style, while he knew nothing about mine. Although he did his best to adapt, forcing me to block from time to time, he was clearly at a disadvantage. It wasn't even like I was fighting at full capacity.
