I'm intrigued by this, it sounds like it could be an entertaining novel if handled correctly. Hopefully, the author knows what they're doing and we get an entertaining tale instead of a generic boilerplate novel.
I understand. I'll definitely try my best to make sure that the chapters are 1500 words or longer ^^
I know, but at the end of the day I want to involve people reading my novel as much as I can in its creation. I think people reading it deserve some input into it. It might seem like a small thing but to me its important and I don't want people to be upset because the chapters suddenly got shorter with no notice/reasoning. Thank you for your input ^^
The inspiration for the Owlbear is from DnD however the only part I took is the general idea of a bear mixed with owl. As far as I know the idea of the feathers being used as a form of defence/offense is my own take on the owlbear. (I'm only familiar with its visuals so maybe I'm wrong and its actually like that in DnD)
Standing in front of him was a huge 5 meters tall white creature. Its body was that of a bear with huge claws and arms and legs the size of tree trunks while its head was that of an owl.

Thank you for reading as always ^^
I like it so far, I'm intrigued by what the author wants to do with this world they're trying to create. I already have some theories but it might be too soon to say.
