Please tell me this isn’t a long time thing. I understand it can help with development of the character but things like nightmares and out of control rage often times ruin whatever story it is. Because no matter how hard the MC tries they always return to sleepless nights and it gets rather annoying hearing about the same thing happening and knowing the MC will just have to deal with it forever.
