There ist a Fun little torture method People used in the past: So u bind a person to something like a chair or somethink to Preven any movement. Than slowly but constantly drip water on the victim... Not painful but realy nerveracking vor the victim. Imagen yourself to not be able to do anything, neither moving nor sleeping... just sitting there doing nothing... Forever(of course the victim has to be able to feel. ;) )
