I think you can keep everything the same till Transylvania arc just change it from there and you can upscale the level of next world's you are going to, instead of nerfing him.

I don't care if meat is healthy or not but for people who exercise to gain muscle they need protein intake and meat is 1 of the best choices for that , as they are tasty, rich in protein than many plant alternatives . and for milk I don't really know as most of humans become lactose intolerant after they age, but at the same time milk is good for childrens's growth.
