i think it only upgrades his gluttony power that he got from apocalypse world as he has never upgraded his quantam entanglement once there. and as for that superpower being upgraded its not really a big deal as he alreafy has to go through pain from excess stats from the ability as is and since he only uses it in apocalypse world theres really no need
