Strangely enough Kimimaro and Suigetsu relationship seem like siblings and Orochimaru is like the father or is it just me ?

I like the story so far and the idea of another transmigrator does not bother me but I don't like him 😑 he seems suspicious and he doesn't have sincere feelings toward the mc.Hope he is not the ml.
