cute

The silly cat reappeared and lightly landed on my shoulder while washing her face and then licking me with the tongue that she just used to clean herself.

This is an opportune time to cultivate your swords though.

"Something's wrong with this scenario. Other protagonists clearly defeat all the powerful enemies in their path after obtaining their ultimate ability. These protagonists get to defeat gods and everyone else while reaching the top of the world. Yet, why am I even more pitiful than before even though I've clearly become stronger and obtained an ultimate weapon?"

Healing Magic! It's revolutionary! Healing Arts were previously held by Druids though nature spirits and Holy Knights through Holy Light. What Roland did truly was opening up a new can of worms for Eich.

The mages wouldn't be able to suppress their greed for new knowledge. Once Holy Light became a magic school of its own, then not only would it be advantageous against undead and demons, countless new mages of the future would choose to study Holy Light magic for the sake of the always necessary healing magic.

Like Law. I mean, Roland gained inspiration from Holy Light to create Law power. Karolan ran so Roland could fly.

Holy Light was indeed a type of energy and element. However, Holy Light was an incredibly unique element as it was artificially created rather than a natural one. Using normal elemental theory to try and control Holy Light wouldn't possibly work at all.

Nah, its just that Roland always calls Harloys 'silly cat', regardless if her form was currently elf, cat, or even slime

I spat out the feathered pillow from my mouth as I glared at the silly cat who was pretending to be all innocent on the bed. Did she really think that I was so much of a jinxer? Was I really that powerful? I said that a Main God would come, so one would come? Did she really think that Main Gods were as common as vegetables?

I need to save this sentence. Beautiful

Since I kept speaking and insulting them, this actually meant that I was here with sincerity to negotiate with them.

Boomerang Slice!

I casually tossed out my sword of Holy Light, making it whirl around in the air as if it was an agile swallow. As it flew, it slew seven skeleton soldiers in quick succession, without even leaving behind any dust.

Deduction time!

Actually, the clues were before me already. I just didn't dare to think about what he might be doing.

Heh, Arc 6: Hall of Memories vibes...

Now then, there was a philosophical issue that I had to deal with. If a person's memories were replaced by an outsider's, would that person still be themselves, or would they become the outsider? While the physical body was still the original one, the personality and memories would be from someone else.

But Taygeta Library is more vicious as its negatives far outweigh the positives.

Previously, it took me an entire night to finish reading my first ice magic soul book. I also sunk into a state of "Who am I?" confusion for a short period of time. Forcing another person's entire soul's worth of knowledge into one's head as a method of learning wasn't something that ordinary people would be able to deal with easily.

It just occurred to me that Harloys' Soul World is like Taygeta Library.

Darker pigments do indeed absorb light better than lighter pigments.

Magic immunity—the natural enemy of all mages. Of course, it would be impossible for anyone to achieve true immunity to magic. Black dragons being immune to magic was just something said to scare others. Actually, black dragons had a racial talent similar to what dark elves had, a powerful resistance to all magic. But, when black dragons met novice human mages, they would be no different from having actual magic immunity.

Water and Earth had attacked the Mortal Plane, now it's Fire's turn.

In that case, I knew the necessary information and likely developments. The moment that the warm valley area of Sharal Autonomous Region was conquered, the sleeping volcanoes there would soon erupt. Tremendous numbers of fire elemental creatures would pour out of the volcanoes, and considering the current high Elemental Tide, it was likely that fire elementalization would occur in the nearby area.

Then, he progressed in making short-term magic spells' effects permanent. It was a miraculous specialty that started from the mundane… Well, if you readers have difficulty understanding this, let me give you an example. For instance, if you made a fireball spell into a permanent buff magic spell, then the buffed person would constantly emit flames as if that person was a burning sun.

was this shota the one who likes to keep others waiting but not himself?

Shupnus had seen through everything quite clearly. He understood quite well that once certain lines were crossed, there would be no turning back. The more moderate Undead Emperors couldn't do anything once things became like this. It wasn't like the moderate Undead Emperors were actually good individuals to begin with, and neither would they be the type to show mercy to their enemies. Thus, the five Undead Emperors teamed up together for a unified attack.

The better attitude to have.

To give an example for easier understanding, Aso had been one of the main members of the Tark Republic reestablishment faction. Aso's attitude towards the living had also been relatively moderate as he hoped to create a new Tark Republic where the living and undead could coexist together in peace, which would restore the republic's past civilization to how it used to be. Undead Emperor Sandro, another one of the Tark Republic's oldest Senators, had also been alive back in that era where the undead and living coexisted in peace. Thus, Sandro and Aso had similar viewpoints, and were ironclad allies.

Conversation: The Game

In that case, two could play this game. Everyone could just guess together! I calmly stated this simple word, and then kept quiet, causing the room to sink into a strange silence.
