Hm indeed there's special and specific circumstances that Gudao has a qualification and the Throne of Heroes will accept him to become one but there's a 2 major flaw in that, 1. Gudao is hated by both Wills the will to Preserve Alaya and will to eradicate mankind Gaia and 2. no human can crystalized his dream, feats and achievement as a last master of humanity making him not suitable to be a servant except if Alaya makes him into a counter Guardian or Beast by Gaia
