How did she know to check up on him? Did she just so happen to decide on visiting him, knocked on the door and heard no reply? Did Nigel do something to get Toru to visit Mokami after he ignored Nigel's warnings? (Just a brief sentence or two extra would've made this whole situation clearer.)
Toru burst into Mokami's room, her face a mixture of anger and worry. "Mokami, what are you doing to yourself?!" she demanded, her voice full of concern.

I picked Iteam Fusion. I want to get the stealth suit MK II and the Elite riot gear fuss them together. I had delayed long enough. I made my way to Sunset Sarsaparilla Headquarters. Standing at the entrance was a man in Reinforced leather armor holding a custom laser pistol.

I then left Vault 3. No one stopped me. I think I saw that George Stault looked happy to see me leave. Raul and I went to the Atomic Wrangler and I drank until James cut me off I then passed out in my room. I became little more than a shut-in for the next two weeks. I felt like shit. I had killed before I had massacred the whole of the whole New Vegas before. I thought I would be okay but I wasn't okay. Raul snapped me out of my stupor When he told me a large force of Feinds were making they're way toward Vault 3.

Kind of a missed opportunity for Raul to not speak up after that. Especially after revealing some of his tragic past.
I had killed them. I killed them. They weren't just people I had known from beyond the point of a screen. They were people I had grown up with. People who had ostracized me for the last 8 years. I should be happy but all I feel is hollow. I tossed a molotov and burned the corpses. I didn't need them rising as plant zombies or their spores to get transferred to something that decided they would be a tasty snack. I stumbled back to Vault 3. Went back inside. Raul stood outside. I went down and replaced the part knee-deep in water.

Okay so confirmed, Vault 22 is just as deadly as Steel Waste's version (which was amped up a lot from canon.)
We made our out of Nelis and walked all the way to Poseidon Gas Station. That is when I saw fellow Vault dwellers from Vault 3 making their way. Their skin had turned green and they were shuffling toward us. I took out my Bazaar Bargain and took them all out from afar. I threw up shortly after doing so.

Fantastic Perk for the future! I was always a little confused on the mechanics tho. If someone punched you for 100 damage, would it become 50 damage if they hit a limb instead? Or is the "durability loss" to the limb just halved? (Still good tho.)

I normally like Sneering Imperialist and Fight The Power! but considering low Charisma *does* change MC's actions subconsciously, those perks might also change her personality?
[Sneering Imperialist]: You don't take kindly to raiders, junkies, or tribals trying to "settle" or "stay alive" in civilized lands. Against dirty raider and junkie types as well as Zion's tribals you do +15% Damage and have a bonus to hit in V.A.T.S.

More stable profit: broken / damaged Combat Helmets, repair with ANY hat or glasses for 10 caps or less, and sell it for a couple hundred caps. (Even better with Power Armor Helmets. Or repair Power Armor with basic Metal Armor... Or Leather armors with regular clothing.)
I have been waiting for this! Jury Rigging! Take a cheap Varmint Rifle and use it to repair an expensive hunting rifle and profit!
