I don't like the fact that the MC's pokemons attacks barely do any damage and the opponents land one or two hits and the MC's pokemon are KO'd. I understand that the opponents pokemon are a stage higher but still, I feel as if having higher potential, a talent and limit breaking doesn't help much except being able to reach higher stages and being slightly stronger than pokemon of the same stage. Mothra is an exception...

How is he in that bad of a shape? He was steamrolling Bisharp throughout the whole battle!

Having it for yourself is better. One fight breaks out, a few people leave and then you have to use a different name. People change, its better to not have such an obvious weakness. Bands also produce songs together but Noah already has songs ready, he'll just carry the whole band. And he can learn how to play different instruments instead.
Hiring them as a backing band would keep me as the sole owner of BlackVelvet, which would avoid potential drama if fights broke out, but they wouldn't have to be 100% dedicated to making it grow either.
