This is surprisingly sexist it said "how could mikoto as a woman move the determined Itachi" but that's wrong for three reasons one Itachi is 11 or 12 maybe younger so even an ordinary adult female could lift him unless he used chakra. Two mikoto herself was a ninja and reached at least chunin. And three in that world there is much less of a strength difference between male and female as evidenced by Tsunade. So comments like "as a woman" really don't make sense.
