I really hope the dramatic irony gets toned down at some point. It’s kind of funny sometimes but there’s still a lot of stuff we don’t know about Amber and I feel it adds unnecessary tension to the story. Also it doesn’t really feel like they’re in a real relationship because of all the lying and hiding things.

Lea used he/him pronouns when referring to the Alf so I don’t think so.

I’m not calling religion congitive dissonance (though it often involves a large amount of it, but that’s besides the point). When I said cognitive dissonance I was talking about how you encouraged me to go out and learn about other cultures and how they view things differently, yet you simultaneously reject homosexuality simply because it’s different than what you’re used to seeing, ergo cognitive dissonance or at the very least utter hypocrisy. And you say everything is peaceful in your country despite the homophobia, but would that really apply to someone in your country who is gay? Do you think they would describe it as peaceful? What do you think goes through their mind when they see other countries having LGBTQ rallies and Pride parades, yet their own homeland doesn’t show them one iota of support?
However, if Yuu didn't meet him, then she would become a lesbian, so this meeting wasn't entirely bad, Mizuto thought.

How you can manage the cognitive dissonance to be a globalist and a bigot at the same time I will never understand. Regardless, religions do not get magically destroyed when they go against common decency (e.g. the multiple Crusades and the Spanish Inquisition), and those religions not being eradicated doesn’t automatically give their members the moral or logical high ground.
However, if Yuu didn't meet him, then she would become a lesbian, so this meeting wasn't entirely bad, Mizuto thought.

There are actually “rules” that normal, well-adjusted people follow; they’re called common decency. And common decency says don’t be a homophobe. And I survive instagram by making fun of bigots, like I did with the excerpt above. It’s very cathartic.

I’m thinking this portion of the narration might be a little biased
She had the gall to lay the blame of the loss of soldiers on the commanders that led them, while conveniently glossing over the fact that her treacherous hands were the one responsible for slaughtering loyal warriors of the Fire Nation in the first place. She and her damnable Scorpion Dragon had wielded their rebellious knowledge to exploit the weaknesses of the Fire Nation, from standard doctrine to established defenses, resulting in the shattering of its armies and the invasion of the capital.

Or she would admit defeat, and then the pincer would let go of her throat, only to slice through her armor… Or the stinger would not come down, but strike upwards…between…

"No buts," the king said with a firm shake of his head behind the bars, and then his features softened. "I'm sorry, Aang, but you'll have to find another master to teach you earthbending. Your teacher will be someone who has mastered neutral jing. You need to find someone who waits and listens before striking."

Ren listened about the annoyances of royal court life, and how incompetent the princess' firebending tutors were. She learned a bit more of the royal family's dynamics, and came to understand the amount of pressure the siblings were under, with their invisible shackles of expectations… No wonder the crown prince always looked so glum.

I can kind of guess just based on how things have gone for the protag that his sister was probably the favorite and thus was trained extensively by their parents
Just wished I knew about this sooner. Thanks, Mom… Dad. You hiding this from your daughter too?

Thanks for the chapter! I hope the protagonist doesn’t get too blinded by sneaky yanderes in this. Too much dramatic irony was your biggest mistake in your other books imo.

Expect a Christian to have actually read the Bible and you will always be disappointed
With this said, the Dvrakian President immediately contacted the regional power which had vassalized them. Unlike the Dvrakians, who appeared to be the physical incarnation of demons, the Regional Power, which were their masters, appeared as if they were angels. With pale white skin, long golden hair, matching eyes, and large fluffy wings. The Enochian Theocracy were as beautiful and as majestic as the angels of the Christian religion.
