Wrong on so many levels, read up on the lore again. The second tsuchikage and the second mizukage killed each other on a battle during the second shinobi world war and thus onoki took the realms as sandaime, and madara started influencing kiri(debatable).

I would kinda max out gambler while I am a baby, need the luck stats as high as possible!
Warrior was a Strength, Stamina and Dexterity build. Mage was a high dexterity, intelligence and perception build, Priest was a endurance and heal build, Rogue was a dexterity, intelligence build while focusing on Hit and Run tactics. Ranger was a Endurance and Tracking build with minor dependency on Perception and Intelligence. Archer was a Endurance and Dexterity build, and lastly Gambler was the Luck build. It could also be called an Exp Drain, because gaining levels in the build will not affect my net combat power in any way, only ensuring a surefire higher loot during Dungeon crawling and Random Encounters.

hey kabuto is a sob story as well, he was manipulated by orochimaru and danzo and represented various shinobi nations across the verse, at the end he was confused about his own identity and purpose and lashed out to the very system. The character is really significant and meaningful providing an insight into the relationship between the individual shinobi and the shinobi system.
And I can see the skeleton of a plan take place in my mind. I know the utter underdogs of the shinobi world who would be mistreated or neglected. I can get them by being kind to them and gain powerful zealots who are loyal to me. All the while keeping Timed Detonators within Kabuto Yakushi which would render him neutralised by the time Obito's plan rolls out.

Maybe seeing his hesitation, Yagura moved first. His hook-like weapon sprung for Utakata's head. Utakata tilted his head and dodged the stab. But Yagura wasn't done; he pulled the weapon back, wanting to stab the hook into Utakata's back. If Utakata didn't know better he might have fallen for that, but he was no fool, so by bending forward, he evaded the hook.

The kid seemed to have one or two loose screws in his head to follow Utakata so eagerly. But since fate had met them, Utakata didn't want to fight against it. Maybe by helping this kid, he will be able to repay for killing his clan. Again, it was partially his fault for his clan being killed. Utakata knew something was wrong with them, but he didn't say anything and let them die.
