it's fine since it's technically a recent injury,in the future everybody would get used to it and should be mentioned only in certain scenes (one's where the actual scare plays a role or maybe meeting an alt version of someone from a different timeline like 40k...)
Also I don't know if it's my misconception, but I'm starting to feel like one of those CN Writers who constantly repeat themselves, for example, me constantly repeatedly mentioning the scars on the Emperor's body. In my defense to anyone else who may feel the same, the emperor having scars is like mind boggling to anyone in 40k, cause he is supposed to be insurmountable.)
