Yup!

Mara straightened her legs and back, as well as threw back her head while flinging open her arms, as tendrils exploded from every inch of the compressed mass that I accumulated on my host's torso and arms.

Second, I will be going on holiday for a week - starting the 10th of May. I have already written chapters 27 & 28, they just need proofreading and editing. I will try to set the auto-publish correctly, so they release while I'm abroad, as I will have limited internet access. Hopefully I'll have 27 release on the 11th of May, and 28 on the 15th of May.

In theory, Ant-Man should be even stronger when smaller. For argument's sake I'll say that Ant-Man is 1.7m like in the example. If he was to shrink 10x his size, his weight would decrease by 1000x while his strength would increase by 100x. Assuming Ant-Man had the same 411 strength/weight ratio, the ratio would increase to 4110 strength/weight. That is part of the reason why he can jump really high when small and punch harder, he's 10x stronger when small. I'm not exactly sure what the negative effects would be when he's that small though. As in, I think his lungs or blood vessels would explode with how much oxygen they would absorb. But Ant-Man never takes his helmet off when he's small or big, so an argument could be made that the suit regulates his body so that it functions normally? Either that or there's something in the Pimm particle that can magically explain everything away. Official Marvel logic and superpowers are confusing sometimes. Sorry if that's not exactly the clearest explanation, but I hope it helped regardless 😅❤

Unfortunately for the dung beetle, strength doesn't scale well with size. This is going to get a little technical, so bear with me. See, through mathematics, humans have been able to somewhat explain the fundamental laws of their universe, or at least the laws on their own planet. The law that is needed for this example is known as the Square-Cube law. It states that; 'When an object undergoes a proportional increase in size, its new surface area is proportional to the square of the multiplier and its new volume is proportional to the cube of the multiplier.' Clear as mud, I know, but the simplest way to explain it would be that if a dung beetle was made 10x bigger, it would be 100x stronger, but it would weigh 1000x more. Using the values I previously stated for the beetle; if the size of it increased 10x, to 170cm or 1.7m, then it would weigh 100,000g or 100kg. However, since its strength only increased by 100x, then rather than have a 1,141 strength to weight ratio, it would be 114 strength to weight. Directly comparing the human ratio of 411, of which the average male size is 1.7m, with the now 1.7m dung beetle's ratio of 114, it becomes clear why circumstances are important. That's not even taking into consideration the fact that the beetle would suffocate due to its passive respiratory system not being cable of supporting something of that size.

That's a good idea. I didn't intend it for this scene, but I might use it in the future as like evidence of El's improved control over their emotions. Thanks for the feedback and pointing out the possibility, I appreciate it as it expands my thinking when I'm writing ❤

Looking at us like we had grown 2 heads – which I guess would technically be correct but that was beside the point – she repeated our question, "What do I mean? What do I MEAN??-" Pointing towards where the dirt previously stood, she continued, "-Obviously, I mean how you just tortured and blew up that woman up after I explicitly said to try NOT TO KILL ANYONE!"

With the clothing transition finished, Mara was wearing a navy blue, surplice V-neckline, flutter sleeve, playsuit. Similarly to the party the night before, I kept the remaining popcorn and the communicator in a separate bag. The bag this time, however, was a tan coloured, shoulder strapped, canteen bag, rather than a clutch bag, so Mara didn't need to hold onto it.

Yup, since El removed the face part of the suit their mouths stopped overlapping meaning that their voices did as well

Bobbing her head up and down like an excitable child being praised by their parents for a crayon drawing, Mara giddily chirped, "Yup, yup, aren't I smart?! Tony's suit is so child friendly it's no wonder the crazy Russian guy thought he could take him down with some sparkly BDSM equipment."

You're absolutely right that Marvel Universes would have more advanced technology compared to us, but for the MCU, it's not always the case. Since they're all live action, they have to work with the technology available at the time of filming. Some things, like commercial phone releases, aren't explicitly stated but are alluded to have happened at the same time in the MCU as they did in our universe. Take the iPhone, for example. It's been in multiple movies, with find my iPhone being referenced in a Jessica Jones episode if I remember correctly. If the iPhone was popular, I think it would be reasonable to assume it was one of the best phones on the market. Otherwise, people wouldn't buy it. The generations of iPhones seen in MCU media also follow our universe, so it just makes it easy to follow the pre-established lore of phones being released roughly at the same time in the MCU as us. Most of the advanced technology in the MCU is military based, which general consumers wouldn't have access to, or is private, like Tony's personal toys. I know Marvel isn't the most logical thing at times, but I want this story to follow semi-logical reasoning where possible since illogical stuff in a real life world, with no semi-decent explanation, always grinds my gears when I'm reading. Obviously, not everything can be logical all the time since it is fictional, but even for that stuff, I'll try and find some partially logical way of explaining it if I can. Sorry for the wall of text, and if it came across as like an 'um actually', I didn't intend it to, so apologies if it did ❤️

As she stared down Whiplash, I began her suit form transition. Starting from her feet, and flowing up her legs like tides of water, replacing the combat suit clothing form with my dense natural body. When I made my way to the top of her neck I performed her favourite part of the suit transformation, eating her head. After hours of contemplation and internal debating with herself, Mara finally settled on an iconic one-liner from another of her favourite movie franchises. Even knowing said franchise also existed in this universe from the references used in the various Marvel movies, she simply couldn't help herself. Using our distorted voice caused by both of our voices overlapping in suit form, punctuated with a face splitting smile, she enthused out:

Natasha mentions it during the Captain America: The Winter Soldier movie. It's the first time she met the Winter Soldier.

Even with all the key information redacted throughout the spy's story, Mara knew the exact event she was describing, but had to play it off like she had no clue, "Did the guy you were escorting die? Did you get the shooter? What happened?"

To be honest, with how short they were, I didn't really consider them as proper limes. They were more like lime slices, I guess, while I got a bit confident in my writing to do something properly.

A/N - Hello there, Banana again. Just wanted to preface this chapter by saying that this is my first proper attempt at a lime, within the constraints I've imposed story-wise.

When she stepped out of the bathroom, I covered her body in some comfortable clothing. Said clothing consisted of a black, loose crew neck, t-shirt with grey fitness leggings, and half black, half white, trainers.

Thanks for the feedback. That's a good point, and to be honest, I never even thought of it. It makes logical sense and, in theory, would allow him to completely flush his system to restart with much lower contamination, even if the problem itself hadn't been solved yet. Thanks for pointing this out, I'll try and keep a broader view of future situations ❤️

Shortly after appearing, the emblem disappeared only to be replaced by a detailed breakdown of what appeared to be a medical report on Tony Stark. As we both began to read what the report was about, May took it upon herself to narrate what we were seeing and added additional context, "What you're seeing is data gathered from S.H.I.E.L.D. experts, as well as Natasha Romanoff's personal assessment work during her time undercover, about Tony Stark's current condition. Based on our estimates, the Palladium concentration in Mr. Stark's bloodstream is currently upwards of 80%, meaning he has, at most, a week to find a cure or he's going to die. You might be wondering what this has to do with you, since it's not like you can cure him. Unless that's also part of your powers?"

The outfit that Mara and May had eventually settled on was a form-fitting, full body length, sparkly black party dress. It had a square neck, showing off her clavicle bones, was long sleeved and had a slit in her dress from her thigh down, to give her more flexibility to move. Rounding out the outfit were black, ankle strap, high heels that had gemstones inlaid on the fabric that went across her forefoot just before her toes started. Mara had also requested a slightly different hairstyle. Instead of her natural curls that started halfway down her hair length, she opted for full length, messy, wavy hair.

Thanks for the feedback. At the time, in 2010, the best smartphones on the market were the iPhone 3GS and the Samsung Galaxy S, so recording video on them wasn't as crisp as it is today. The crowd would be able to get a rough outline of her, but nothing really substantial. In the movie, it shows the crows panicking and running around, so the majority of them wouldn't be thinking about recording what was going on. Hope that helps explain why Mara didn't mind revealing herself in front of the crowd. ❤️
