read the line my guy. there's no exclamation mark there in the book. The clip shows Dumbledore panicking which is him being anything but calm. Maybe they did this to add more spice and make it look like Harry might've made a big mistake/something stupid (idk anything about Harry Potter save for the names of a few character so forgive me if i get the lore wrong)

he won't be able to use any more than two gates without dedicating all his time into conditioning and constantly training his body in order to open third gate and beyond. Also as Minato said, it doesn't suit his fighting style. Minato is naturally fast, which combined with hiraishin makes him untouchable and rasengan which deals huge damage to the target, so he doesn't really need the gates. Duy, Guy and Lee heavily rely on gates because they have no talent for ninjutsu and genjutsu, so they can dedicate their whole life to training their body in order to prepare for the hidden lotus (gates) which puts immense strain on the body.
