Epreymm - Profile

Finished the novel, same sentiments with my reviews 5 months prior regarding the plot progression and character exposition. Since I just finished the novel I am quite confused what to feel about it, it's between good and bad. Either way it feels empty now that it's finally done. In total the story is good, I recommend it for those wanting a quick read with not much complicated power/tower systems that most stories have.

World building is good considering the scope, although primarily focusing on MC's family/faction. Progression of the story is also good, not too slow to be boring nor too fast that it feels rushed. Details on monsters for instance and quests are laid out in a simple but very comprehensive manner. I have read quite a few stories with its plot centered on revenge however this story takes an arguably new approach to it wherein the mc all throughout the novel, as of now, heavily considers the changes in his new and 2nd life, and not necessarily dependent on the history of his 1st life. Quite contrary to most "revenge" centered stories wherein they just go full on blast with revenge and characters' personality and flow seems static.
