I'm having the same issue I had a half yr membership and thought I needed to upgrade but still nothing. Also I haven't gotten any notifications on new chapters even though new ones were added I took a pic and sent it to my last message for the author. I'm sure it will get taken care of since I've been on this app Glimmy has been one of the only authors that's really replied to any of my messages!!!
