But would that actually work if the devil's have no afterlife? I'm asking this in regards to the should of deceased devils, because you can heal the body with magic as much as you want but if they have no soul to bring back to the body that would be for naught. I'm assuming that since the devils basically go to oblivion and fade into nonexistence, their souls would be destroyed or recycled as energy for the world.....or something like that. (Only read DxD fanfics and I won't watch the gooner anime, so I hope my questions make sense) My point is, Riser would have to circumvent the issue by either creating a place for devil souls to go (maybe when he gains divinity or absurdly strong magic or spells), create a spell that forces the soul to linger longer and he could put it on his loved ones, or something else that fixes the problem before he can revive someone. Damn that's some tough requirement. You're welcome for some extra in-universe reasons why Ruval couldn't do it 😁👍

I agree with one of the other comments, Celia is too smart and if she died in a stupid way in canon it doesn't make sense. But if you're deadset on a spymaster you could always look for other characters within DxD, maybe a hero or minor god in mythologies, or create a separate oc that builds a spy network from scratch or has a rudimentary one. And for what it matters, I'm not vibing with her being in the peerage potentially, but if it's written in stone then I understand. Have a nice day

As much as I hate to say it, if you feel like you need more time between chapters to make sure you write them properly, or to make bigger more quality chapters, then take the time you need. Maybe a couple chapters a week to one chap a week, don't burn yourself out my guy.
