also for underdeveloped regions of Legion he could sell gas generators and steam engines simple sterling is miracle for good chunk of people here and if you sell some machinery in here you could became only supplier of spare parts

ok gun nerd here again, I think since MC having large supply of power armor, he would need weaponry for it since bolt action with it is like using microscope to hammer nails, he definitely need heavy weapons like recoiless rifles, flamethrowers(yes again), and machine guns for them. I would suggest something explosive like grande lounchers and etc because making 5 artillery shells is easier than make 500 rifle ammo
