The story is amazing in terms of story and worldbuilding in the beginning. However, as the story goes on, the pacing and tension suffer. The problem with the pacing is that the hero goes over new abilities for what seems like 10 chapters, which is boring. Also, as the story goes on, the hero becomes too strong, meaning that there are no threats to the protagonist. Now, this story is still amazing. Some plot points like having the shura god interfere more actively in god tests like he does with the angel test is amazing. Characterization is also great. Right now, at the latest chapter, it just feels like the hero is stomping on everyone. I want him to continue to struggle.
"I may have gotten this cheat, but I know nothing about battling" is the correct version. You are mixing 1st person and 3rd person.
'First, I need to learn as much as I can about this world. I need to see if the history, the Pokémon, and the regions are the same. Is the Fairy type a thing here, or has it not been discovered yet? Do Pokémon have the same typings, or are there changes? I've got to learn everything I can from Professor Oak, as humanly possible, from battling and training to just research, he may get his cheat to train Pokemon, but I has no idea how battling with them is going to work, or how to even train them when I get it'

This is my first review ever, but I had to write one after reading this story. I am trying to be nice, and I don't want to discourage the author, but this is horrible. Writing quality like the grammar is bad. However, I don't really care about that when I read a story. What gets me is that the story is the worst. This story has no consistency at all. The main character knows everything. In the first couple of chapters, he has taken over the muggle world from the shadows. Keep in mind he is like 4. No one finds out! No one investigates who his persona is! Think about how stupid that is. Then he goes to the magic world and suddenly out of nowhere he knows all this magic and information. Keep in mind he was exhiled at birth from the magic world. Sure, him being reincarnated and reading the Harry Potter books in his past life gives him leeway, but this is too much. Honestly, I couldn't keep reading after that. I love op mcs, but this is not it. Instead, the author makes every other character in the story have an iq of -100.
