the books amazing it draws me in every chapter with vivid descriptions and an a interesting plot that makes reference to old chapters and never gets stail. I'll admit that im one of those people who only have 2 settings either im obsessing over the book or i get bored after a few chapters and drop it but this is definitely the first one. usually I couldn't be bothered starting a such a long novel as I know I won't be able to focus on other novel until my curiosity is sated but this novel manged to pack most of my favorite tropes in one and make it, every time I feel myself being drawn out by something else the story swings a curve that pulls me right back all over against would totally recommend

I think the eyes thing is that his eyes are still like alive/not destroyed, just not in possession, in order for to like be healed they'd to destroy that pair for him to grow a new ones.
