The year is 2095, and Humanity has used "Latent-based" technology to create a high-tech, cyberpunk society. The megacorporation, known as Cronus, and its supernatural android agents have spread across the globe, working to seal fractures in the fabric of space and eliminate potentially dangerous entities that escape the dimension created by powerful AI, known as "Latent Space". Every year, a new generation of Agents finishes their training and are recruited to one of the Earth's many "Waypoints", which act as permanent gateways between the real world and Latent Space. This story is the first of many within the universe and follows a young squad of Agents as they begin their lives at one of the world's most major Waypoints in the US's new capital, Los Angeles. However, they soon realize that the life of an Agent isn't what they were led to believe in training. Will they rise to the challenge, or succumb to the pressure of protecting Humanity?
