Seems like the author needs to re-read the beginning of this story to remember the details of the characters and to stop replaying events that already happened. The re-hashing of the same conversations seems like a bad CW tv series. Good story. Has promise. Just lacks intentionality the further it goes. Unfortunately, that’s the part that costs money, and it has been disappointing.
I feel like if I drank a shot every time the author used the word obscene, I would be hammered in just a chapter or two.
