A Slice of Cultivator's Life
Short summary:Nine cultivators, an Immortal, the happiest baby in the world, a welcome tag along, a Devil Venerable, a not-so-little ghost, and a sleepy boy's journey to find home.Long summary:The story of reaching the heavens, being crowned as the Heavenly Emperor at the end of the journey couldn't possibly consist of only: enter a Sect, take a lotus position, power up, battled overpowered opponents, defeated, saved by some beauty/ancestor/hidden immortal, ate pills, enter closed door cultivation, break through, fight over powered opponents once more, won the fight, rinse and repeat… they couldn't live just like that for years until they touched the heavens right? What do they do in their free time? What do they do when they're bored? What do they do once they reach the pinnacle of cultivation? Do they eat chicken nuggets? Once when they were a group of nameless noobodies they all agreed that the obvious next step they should take was to build a sect of their own. But now that they reached the summit, and were in the process of creating their dream sect, their to-do list seemed to be filled with the following tasks: Figure out how a certain immortal could kill *cough* co-parent peacefully with his child's other parent. Cover an entire realm with grass. Yes, the "grass", those green common stuff on the ground. Build a red light district. Rebuild an entire village… Weren't they planning to build a sect?!***Updates everyday unless I'm sickI also want to point out that this story is more on the slice of life department, its objective is to explore what cultivators do apart from reaching Immortal-hood. It's like playing a game but you got caught doing the side quests. So the pacing and plot progression might be slow… maybe. Take my words as a grain of salt. Especially the tags.English is not my first language, keep this in mind.

Someone said this to me, "What's beyond this endless clouds?" Forever staring above, at the endless grey sheet where no light shines through... makes me think about my future. Will my future be like clouds that is never-ending? Bleak and lifeless? With no hope of betterment? If I had wings I could fly far beyond despair, I wish I was a bird... where I could soar higher and higher above, to witness the blue skies beyond the ceiling that covers my eyes, to find the hope I had when I was still a child. I am eternal. The soul is mine to command. No matter how rough the problem gets, there's always light somewhere. The rest of the clouds may be cloudy, but that little bit of blue draws me on.

I Know of the Apocalypse, so this time I will build The Strongest Base
Kai, an apocalypse hero died with his friends from a Tier-10 Titan. With his plot-armor, he reincarnated back in time during the times where the world is at peace and doesn't know the existence of zombies. Kai will use his futuristic knowledge to gain resources to build the strongest base and find reliable teammates that will fight for him. This is my first serious novel, so you might notice some irregularities. This novel is created by a math and economics nerd, so expect seeing stock markets and auctions. I will also touch on what I think is the best way in combatting zombies in a dooomsday scenario. Don't think yet that this is retarded as I am yet to familiarize myself with the English language particularly in writing. There will be knowledge nuggets like what is the most optimal auction system for a limited number of identical goods, best type of economic system and government in the apocalypse, and best way to build a base in a specific environment. There are things, so strap on and read.I still have research to worry about, so I might not update frequently, so read at your own risk.
