Hearing that his nephew didn't want that city to be constructed he proposed a challenge: Since the jungle is known for weak monsters to humans he told Kace to capture a main monster and get two other monsters to fight his three strongest monsters, if Kace wins the jungle will stay up but if he wins the jungle will be turned into a major city.
