This is the sequel to Sphinx.      Rachael and Gabriel enjoy each other’s company in a brief moment of peace until a new enemy comes to avenge Dracula’s death. She is bitter but her bitterness is shared as Samuel seeks revenge for his brother. They band together and travel through mystical lands in a trouble filled journey to save Gabriel’s soul.   They meet obstacles they never imagined including those of the heart as their feelings towards each other grows during their journey. Their bonds and their wills will be the last thing holding Gabriel’s soul and they are faced with an agenda from an enemy outside their sights. Samuel will face a trial as he battles the aftermath of Gabriel’s death and he will be forced to make a decision to let his brother die or lose his opportunity at love. And Gabriel will have to decide if he will watch his brother die for him or if he will stay dead for his brother to live. Love, jealousy and blood will write their stories.

Gunshots waken Ian Tunbridge, an assistant curator of classical antiquities at the British Museum, on his first day on a dig in California. She raises her head to see Gabriel still looking at her. He bends and kisses her neck, he nibbles her neck and traces his way to her collar bone. Gabriel smiles as Rachael’s body grows weak against his. He says something but Rachael cannot hear his words. His mouth moves but he has no voice. “Rachael,” Samuel’s voice calls out to her, a voice without a body. Rachael is a girl trying to come to terms with her father’s death. Things seem normal until she meets the twin supernatural. Things change when the twins develop feelings towards her. Bonds are tested between them as they long for her all the while running from Dracula. Rachael learns about her family secrets. She endures pain and finds courage in her journey. The twins face Dracula in a grand finale and their love for Rachael will be tested with a heavy sacrifice. Secrets will be discovered. Bonds will be tested. Will Rachael survive her new chaotic world?

The sorceress, angered by the people's worship of other gods, seeks to punish them by using her dark magic to bring ruin upon the land. Kratos battles his way through various obstacles and enemies to reach the sorceress' lair. Upon facing the Sphinx, Kratos realizes that he cannot defeat it by force alone. Instead, he must use his wit and ingenuity to solve a series of intricate puzzles that will grant him access to the sorceress' chamber. Once he reaches the sorceress, Kratos engages her in a fierce battle, using all his skills to overcome her powerful magic. With her defeat, the curse is broken, and the land is restored to its former glory.

A youth steps onto a road, a road seeking dharmic salvation, a road to solve the secret behind dharmic perfection. His words, his deeds and his very belief will be put to the test on multiple occasions. Follow him, as he makes his judgement, broadens his perspective and proves his position. You will quickly find out that my writing style differs a lot from usual novels. I like to integrate information about the world, the characters and the martial arts dynamically into the dialogues and interactions between the characters. I won't write from the perspective of the main character exclusively, but include the view other characters have onto the things happening around them. I won't give you a curfew about the cultivation system, the world, the countries and the main character during the first chapter. I want you to unveil more about the story as you continue reading instead of explaining everything from the start and just follow plotlines. I don't know whether this will turn out to be a pro or a con, but I mainly write this story as an experiment and find my own personally exclusive style. This will include a lot of experimentation and it's possible that I'll fail hard at some occasions so please bear with me and tell me and share your honest thoughts about subjects I can improve on. For the start I plan on releasing chapters on a daily schedule at 4:20 am until we reach chapter 20. After chapter 20 we'll see whether I'll hold the schedule or take it down a notch to match up to my motivation. I don't own the cover image.
