Chapter 3: Question: What kind of name is that?
The dress the girl was wearing that looks like of high quality was soaking wet, she looked very cold in the rain. The raindrops streaming on her face was added to her charm.
Just as Ren and the girl was staring at each other, her stomach was suddenly grumbling.
'Wait, was she staring at the foods? Well, just as I thought. My face is not that handsome... right?' he suddenly became depressed.
"Are you alright?" He asked her while he moved closer to her. "You hungry?"
"Ye... Yes." The girl nodded her head. "I... I need your assistance in lifting this curse of the inner desires inside me." she said with a stuttering voice as she held her stomach with her two hands.
Ren was all smiles after hearing her tone. 'This girl has eight grade syndrome? I thought that it was only on animes.'
"Could you please be so kind as to trade with me those delicious..." She didn't finish her sentence when the smell of the food reached her nose causing her mouth to water. Ren saw the girl's greedy look as he got next to her, he reached out the umbrella he was holding; covering the both of them from the rain.
"You must be really hungry... Well its not really that much of a problem, how about we go there?" He pointed at the nearby waiting shed.
"Okie-dokie." she answered with a smile while still holding her belly. Ren helped her get up and they both started to head towards the shed. 'Shiet... This girl is too easy.' Ren couldn't help but get worried about her easygoing personality.
"You know, you shouldn't follow a stranger you just met. What if the stranger is bad and something happened to you... hmm?" Ren tried to educate this girl.
"Hahaha... Who would be even in their right mind as to challenge this great me?" The girl laughed haughtily.
Ren reproached her. "Girl's shouldn't neglect their safety."
The girl clenched her teeth saying. "Don't treat me like a kid. I'm already a teenager!" Ren asked mockingly. "Ohh... Is that so? So then how old are you?"
"I became seventeen almost a year now already, and my birthday well be in two months from now."
She said angrily. 'Woah, she got out from the chuuni world when she's angry. It's quite cute' he thought to himself.
"Yeah, I'm not buying it." he tried to tease her a little more. Actually, he really believed in what this girl said just from her expression alone that looked as if she was disappointed at herself. Well, for what she was disappointed at; it should be because of her loli figure.
"I really am!" she angrily glared at him, with tears forming in the corner of her eyes. "Ahaha... Sorry about that, it's just that you're not in your chuuni mode right now."
She widened her eyes in shock and then she started crying for real while trying to save face. "Don... Don't you dare te- sob... tease this great me!" she tried her best to stop her sobbing.
"Woah, there's no need to cry." They arrived at the waiting shed. "Here take a seat." he suggested. He started taking out some food from the bag. The smell of the food reached her as she tried to stop her tears.
"Oh yeah, what's your name?" Ren asked the girl as he gave the portion of his food to her. "White, everyone calls this great me as White." She answered while receiving the food. After receiving the food she started eating.
"White... What kind of name is that? At least think of an even more awesome name or something." He asked thoughtlessly. White glared at him, angrily saying. "No. White is from my chinese name Bai, which means white in english."
"Ahaha... Well, my name's Ren. Do you live near here? You should go and change your clothes or you might catch a cold." Ren said as he put his jacket on to her shoulders while trying to remind her that she's soaked from the rain just now.
White continued to eat her food while saying. "This level of coldness is nothing when I activate the automatic temperature adjusting feature of this sacred treasure of mine." She said as she pressed on her odd-shaped, white colored necklace.
Its starting to get warmer around her, what kind of necklace is that? He wondered how this small necklace is releasing a warm feeling that it can even be felt by him. What kind of logic does it use?!
Right at this time White suddenly said. "Besides, they will come and find this esteemed me." Ren asked. "Who?"
White answered. "Mine's lords and their subordinates." Ren was confused with her answer. "Huh?"
White finished eating her food as she said. "This one's creators. We were on a ride in my lords car as he suddenly made me get out of the car and then left with all of their subordinates. Leaving this one all alone in the drizzling rain." White continued. "But they always come back and find this great me so that we can return home."
After saying those words, a car got near their position. A person was coming out of the car.
"Speaking of the devil" she whispered in a low voice. The figure slowly got out of the car while holding another figures hands. Both figures got out of the car and approached Ren and White.
"Dad, you made this gorgeous daughter of yours waiting in the rain!!" White glared at the two figures standing before her eyes
