Chapter 45: Be careful

"Nuisance and me? Sweetheart, how come I am a nuisance to you?" he asked with a wronged look. "I don't think I have done anything to irritate you," he said as he justified all of his actions towards her.

Su Yanruo arched her brows. "Are you serious? Since the day we have met, all you have done is irritate me," she accused.

"And would you stop calling me that!" she added.

"What?"

"That stupid thing that you have given me…." she expressed her annoyance on his endearment.

"What stupid thing?" he asked acting to be ignorant. He pretended not to know what she was talking about.

Su Yanruo glared at him. "SWEETHEART!" she said through gritted teeth.

Immediately a big smile came across his face. With a big smile, he teased her. "Aww….. You have also started calling me sweetheart. How nice!" he commented.

Su Yanruo: "...."

"Hey," she glared. "I am not calling you sweetheart. I am telling you to stop calling me that."
