Some might think from the first few chapters that this is the usual cliche novel where we have the pitiful FL who was betrayed by her ex with the stepsister, a scum father who takes the side of the stepmother and stepsister, PLUS the ever mighty ML who is of course handsome and rich beyond words and has the ability to save the FL from her scum so called family. If you think that way then you're right. This is truly one of those cliche novel. BUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUT! Worry not because there's a selling point! Our beloved FL just so happened to mysteriously acquire a doomsayer ability! So this is basically similar to Death Note where whatever she wants tl happen will happen but instead of writing it in a book, she only needs to mumble something and it will happen to whoever it was that she cursed at. It's really funny asfck 😭😂 Our ML is immune to that though because, well, he's the ML lol. They were already in a relationship by the beginning of the novel and get this - It was not a forced relationship either! No contracts whatsover. It was simply just mutual consent so that's a big plus! Hopefully this gets chosen!

Hilarious, FL gained supernatural power to curse people/objects but it doesn't work on her boyfriend(ML). They keep bickering but they love each other. Her family sucks.

As mentioned in some of your opinions, this may sound rather cliché in the first few chapters from an unloving family to a scumbag ex-fiancé and could be mentioned as “boring” or “uninteresting” or “read it too much before”. If you happen to say or even think about it in your mind, then you clearly haven’t read at least the coin free 39 chapters or maybe you simply have a problem with your brain. 🙄🙄🙄 The FL has her own comeback and growth as well as an ability I haven’t seen in my time of spending on WN. Chapters are rather short and translation or (editing???) isn’t the best with small mistakes scattered here and there but it’s enough to say that I really really hope this novel gets picked. It’s one of my first times having very much interest in a certain type of novel upon seeing a pile of cliché stories and flooding romance genres in Qidian. 😒😒 Humor and comedy, bunch of laughter is set to be heard from this novel cuz it’s funny as hell 😂😂 and I don’t want this to be seen as some boring trash novel nor a cliché mess of a story; translated for no reason. ML is a one of a kind. I don’t have an exact word to define him cuz he isn’t much too arrogant but isn’t super icy. He remains his faith and even though he often bickers with the ever-so-funny FL, there’s no downsides nor fake luv between them and both mutually trusts each other. FL isn’t weak nor some fake lotus and I’m fully ready to see some green tea *****es, face slaps, and dog food thrown in my face for the sake of my lonely and sad soul. 😅😅😭😭😂 Won’t anyone agree with me???

This novel is one of a kind. The concept of this new and hilarious. The female lead is a strong character and not some damsel in distress which i like the most.

This is a very interesting story. The FL is betrayed by her family but comes back stronger & develops an intriguing ability. The ML is kind of scary but he spoils the FL. I hope this gets translated so more people can read it because it's truly a good story.

I love this novel. It has the sorry state of unrequited love of a daughter from her parents, the professed TLC from our ML and playboy friend . It is very interesting to unravel the mystery of her profound gift of being a doomsayer, a little different plot on having the FL's revenge from the other novels.

This story is not good lor our minds. The story is way too fast paced, the ml is a horrible person who's also very controlling, the fl character design os all over the place, and i just don't get their relationship at all, it made me so confused. I didn't even pay attention to what I was writing anymore, I'm so triggered. Is the only good story that'll ever be seen in trial read be the plague doctor? This is just horrible.

Ye Buyu has a unique talent but she seems too stubborn and naive to understand the extent of that talent. Lu Zhi will really have a hard time taming her and making her understand how her talent would be a great disadvantage to othet people. Oh well, the best part of it all, Lu Zhi is quite capable to support and protect her. As to her parents, she is too dumb to have tolerated all the evil things they dis to her. Webnovels really like these kinds of a—hole parents and siblings. Haist!

this should have been picked up!!! I haven't seen this type of novel often so it would be a new and refreshing take!!! I read MTL for as much as I could but my slow brain can't understand MTL ever 😭😭😭

The book is surprisingly good, however, the ML is too controlling and doesn’t take into fact that the FL is a victim of years of abuse. I love the fact that the FL has this cool power (which I won’t say for reason), however, I understand why but I don’t like how limited the power is.
