I dont even know if this can be considered a fanfiction because the chapters are incredibly short and dont have much detail at all

This cannot even be called fanfiction or something simular. The most accurate description I can give of the chapters is that they are summaries of what the chapers should be.
I don't think you should publish it as it is because these chapter are more like concepts not real... Well... Chapters.
Wtf did i just read. The first chapter, if it can even be called that, was like the author just decided to vomit out unpunctuated, uncapitalised paragraph and then decided to post it, so if you want to both bleed from your eyes and laugh your ass off at the horrible mess that is this paragraph/chapter then go right away, but dont expect to read an even shitty book, because this is in a new league of its own.

This is actual garbage. What you call the first chapter is just a paragraph, trash punctuation, he/she doesn’t clarify a way for the MC to talk, and the chapters a short as. You might think “Thats ok, it priorities quantity over quality”. Wrong. By the time I’m writing this, there are 30 chapters, and I finished it in less than 5 minutes. Thats how short they are. Dont even waste your time tainting your mind with this, and if I could put a lower rating the 1.0, I would.
