With the ending of the battle in the forest area wherein Gritonnia Academy suffered greater loss in combat power, both Rosalyn and Shun then were forced to move to another location towards the Mountainous Area
As the last two duo for the Gritonnia Academy, they then checked the current status of everyone in the tournament

With such stats it's only safe to say that Ascalon Academy now had an advantage in having more manpower than any of them
But having this kind of advantage has its pros and cons
First of all the pros in this situation is that, it only shows how strong the current team in the Ascalon Academy, which also brings glory and fame for their supporters and the audience outside
The cons however was that they are the center attraction for all teams that wanted to survive, since everyone wanted to atleast clutch a better placement for this competition of six academies, they will soon end up working together to defeat a common enemy
It's like Ascalon Academy is the sheep in the open area who had no choice but to wait for wolves to mow them down
What's more they are in the spotlight causing all attention to be theirs and theirs alone, thus they will have to always have 24/7 surveillance around their surroundings to prevent any sneak attacks that would reduce their advantage
In contrast to Gritonnia who will have time to relax somewhere, Ascalon Academy on the other hand will continue to accumulate fatigue as they kept their awereness at maximum
In fact all participants in this competition are an elite in their Academy, meaning there are naturally powerful opponent's within the enemy lines which Ascalon Academy representative's needed to watch out for
At this moment somewhere in the Mountainous Area, Shun was able to found a solid foundational cave which could be used as their shelter
At this time the mages outside used some kind of magic to change the weather to add some flavor in this competition, due to that rain then started to pour in all four area
Out of all unfortunate area, desolate area was the worst ad there are almost no shelter could be found in this particular area
Seeing this Shun summoned Zed to be a lookout and guard of the cave while Shun would try to use his skills to utilize a customized fire which wouldn't burn out immediately
Since Shyvana's fire can even burn the ground and won't go out easily, he then was able to produce fire even without wood
With this fire both Rosalyn and Shun felt warm from this cold weather as they started to discuss their next plan
At this moment a shadow suddenly popped out beside Shun as Zed then took off his mask due to some water entering it
Of course since Zed always to never take his mask off, he was curious to what's Zed face is like
And upon taking off the mask, he saw zed quite good looking face with near whitish hair, unfortunately there are battle scars on his face which indicated that he must received this particular scars in the war that happened in his lore
Of course since this is a fantasy world Rosalyn wasn't that much affected by Zed's appearance, especially when Zed is even older than she is
"So Zed... What did you found out? Did you see anyone on the way?" Asks Shun
"Not likely! After scouting for about 10 km distance from this cave, I then sent few of my shadows around every space which would be able to act as radars or watchtowers in my stead... After all shadows doesn't get wet, but the host does" answered Zed as he poured the water out of his mask and fried his hair off with heat from the fire
"Well that's quite an efficient way to use shadows... I should try that next time" said Shun
"Yes! You should! Your shadows are much more adept to scouting rather than some incompetent allies" said Zed
Hearing that Shun couldn't help but feel like Zed was talking to him in a more casual way compared to Yasuo
At that moment Rosalyn then spoke up as she continued to talk and pretended that Zed wasn't even there to begin with
"Anyway... Now that we're out of the spotlight then we can probably move in the dark now and wait for any opportunities that may come" said Rosalyn
"If we review their powers it would be this structure... Rekka would be range, Cynthia would be mage/support and Lorius would be the damage dealer since he has so many highly destructive spells... Dealing with him will be troublesome" pondered Shun
"Troublesome but not impossible bro defeat, as long as we can think of a way to deal him out for a moment away from Cynthia and Rekka, then we can definitely turn it into a 2v1 fight" said Rosalyn
At this mention Shun then shook his head as he denied that fact
"Yes! We may be able to turn the situation into a 2v1 fight, but at this moment we will be too exhausted to fight, thus not beneficial to the both of us" said Shun
"We can try to escape when that happens" said Rosalyn
"Nope! It would be impossible, after all we took down his two companions thus he will surely use a high level spell to wipe us out of the competition... Based on facts it will be most likely an AOE spell" explained Shun

At this moment Rosalyn pondered on their plan of counterattack
"Then we won't be able to do anything to them..."

"We can always wait for the others to take action, after all the attention would be focused on Ascalon Academy and in their sight Ascalon Academy is like an attractive Oasis that they needed to dominate in order to achieve a reputation" said Shun
"Meaning they will receive an attack from all sides which would greatly exhaust them" deducted Rosalyn
At this moment as the two of them were discussing something, Zed on the other hand begin to look outside as his shadow seemed to witness an approaching people towards their location
Putting on his hood and mask, he then warned both Shun and Rosalyn
"Master! There are people near the cave! I'll wait on the side for an ambush!"
Hearing this both Rosalyn and Shun became even more wary as they looked at the entrance of the cave waiting for the unexpected visitors to enter the cave
Picking up their weapons they then waited for their opponent
Soon after a familiar voice rung out as shun and Rosalyn recognized such tempo and tone of voice
"Wait up! Wait up! It's me"
At this moment a person in uniform of Orbium Academy entered the cave together with a person wearing a samurai clothes upon entering
"Frederick Sauron? Akito Tomura? What are you guys doing here?" Asks Rosalyn with an expression of being wary for her opponent's
After all she clearly knew how dangerous Frederick's teleportation skills are together with Akito who could clearly stall Shun for awhile
At this moment Akito raised his two hands as he said in a careful manner
"Stop! We don't mean you harm! We've come in peace!!!"
Hearing that Shun's face begun to contort as he roared
"What kind of bullshit is that?!?! Don't act like your some star wars or space jam alien thingy!!!"
"Why what's wrong with this introduction?!?!"
"It's cringe"
"... Oh ok... What do you want me to act like a gangster or a samurai mafia?"
"Act normally without those lines"

With that both teams from different Academies then met each other in an unexpected way
