This novel is nice. Its because this novel shows the best side of humanity for me. Unlike other novels where the characters are selfish, conceited, greedy, and many more just so that it can highlight how good the mc is, how baddass the mc is, how can the mc faceslap others. The mc in this novel can do that effortlessly without the supporting characters doing something exaggerated. The people there help each others out compared to other novels where the mc will me mistreated because his an orphan, here, they help each other out and be optimistic about life. Overall, this novel can restore your faith to humanity.
I've never regretted making a comment so much. Probably among the chapters of The Luckiest Man you will find a comment from me, which says that it basically doesn't make any difference if a novel is nationalist, if it doesn't border on racism. The point is, I read the raw material, notice that I am giving this review being between chapters 120 ~ 160. And the novel has a lot of nationalism, it got to the point that basically all officials in Chinese civil, military and political positions are basically pure honesty and respect soldiers completely to the point of considering them to be sanctified beings. But so far Ok. But the problem is that it basically says that all democratic countries are basically fragile and quickly defeated by internal conflicts. He practically says that they are due to internal political conflicts, remember we are in a world crisis in which international measures would certainly be launched by the UN, they have lost all their capacity and are destined to fall due to this factor and terrorist conflicts. I give up.

I really hope this novel get chosen. Apparently the plot is that people are awakening super power and the MC super power is being really lucky but he doesn’t know so far. He is so lucky that people accidentally kneel in front of him, this happened ton of time so people misunderstand his power thinking that it force people to kneel. Even if it’s a super strong person, they will still kneel in front of him through weird accident. The MC is really kind, not arrogant. Probably my favorite type of MC. Other characters are also very likable. There is also no character that is like “Oh, you touched me? Time for you to die!” So that’s great.

I read it only because of the goodness in people. Story too slow paced because author force some things to happens to justify things, but in the end at chapter 60 mc still not have a clue about his own power. In that world, people get power but they have nothing to fight (exept humans wars probably). Some issue with translation, sometimes using dollars, sometimes yuan...
*Does anyone know the name of this novel in Chinese/have a link to the raws please? :)* I'm absolutely loving this novel. Read all of the 60 chapters and it's hilarious. I just wish the MC was a bit luckier for himself other than kneeling though. Worth a read imo. There are also no characters I really dislike and the MC has a very good personality and his friends are likeable.
I think author mix onion flavor in this! So much feelings here! My poor little heart cannot take it anymore, so touching here be careful....
My review is going to sound like it is totally biased because that's how good of a novel it is. This novel makes me laugh a certain points and at certain points my heart melts it shows the positive sides of humanity. If you are tired of reading dark novels then this is a very very good of a change of pace.
Mc is an orphan, yes, but actually has a pretty okay life. Then he awakens a power, but he doesn't know what. And everyone including him has his superpower wrong. Funny, but vexing at times. If you are looking for a good laugh, then this is the novel for you.
What else can I say? Just read this for laughs. The propaganda and heavy nationalism ruined another great novel... Honestly, as much as I enjoyed it, I think it'd been better if they made the sister his real blood relative and add the necklace as a family heirloom. That'd be a lot more interesting as it'll add plot (Which story is missing) Romance: I like it, it's very chill but at the same time feels too perfect. Honestly I'm not sure but if this were a manga I think I'll love her even more. I don't want to see this as a military novel since MC way to sincere. I love his gentleness but the warmth and fluff in this novel is too much that seeing blood is like incompatible with it.
Not bad at all, good in fact. Great potential. But seriously? 60 chapters in and the mc doesn't have a rats ass about his own power, not even the slightest inclination. Don't get me wrong, i love misunderstandings and long, drawn-out coincidences but 60 chapters of it? That's too much for my taste. Hope you like the story as i unfortunately have not.
I really really wait for this story to start! This story is different, light, and put a smile on your face. You must give it a shot! For those who complain about the strong nationalism, or nationalism in general. Those stories that are translated, are translated from Chinese. Those stories are written for the Chinese market, the Chinese market who has 300M-400M users.... (I don’t know the exact numbers) . In that market you must use everything to stand out. If you visit the official Qidian , you will find an astonishingly number of works. I’ve read there a few very good novels who don’t have even one review! So you can imagine what competition is. If you don’t like the nationalism show, if you don’t like to read about the Chinese valors, if you don’t like they’re respect for the army, maybe you should limit yourself to the eastern fantasy genre, and don’t read any other genre. Great book. I love it! 👍
Forewarning : heavy dose of nationalism. Proceed if you're fine with it. While the core concept is nothing new (there are already some few novels with human gaining super power all of sudden) this novel is quite warm. Hardly any scheming nor hateful events unlike most Chinese novel. Though it may not appeal to most ppl but it's refreshing. Overall at 100s chapters It's kind of good reading. Recommended so far if you can stand the nationalism, that's it.
Reading the reviews, I became extremely curious. A feel good novel with nice characters? Was this even a Chinese novel!? Reading it, I have to say, everyone is correct! This is not your typical Chinese novel. Instead of having arrogant young masters, people bullying the lesser off protagonist, or face slapping, it is instead a sweet and fluffy novel where the main character is optimistic and hard working, and is helped by the side characters, who are all friendly and supportive! It's a breath of fresh air and very enjoyable. I hope that this will quickly be chosen to enter the voting pool, it's definitely worth continuing to read as long as it continues down this path!

Boring, dumb, slow, i've read 30 chapters and the mc still doesn't know how to use his powers, i'm guessing his power is to be lucky? but he doesn't really get any lucky breaks and so far we've seen 2 horny guys who've awakened powerful talents hit on his friend(girl) the girl isn't even interested in him and her parents are super powerful, why does he need to save her from horny guys lol also his little sister who's 5'2" at 12 and Super beautiful is a bro-con doesn't help make the story any more interesting, 30 chapters in and all that happened is that he awakened

This novel is an absolute gem. 🤩 Truly the best novel released here after The Lord of Mysteries. And no they don’t have anything in common. The humans genes are able to evolve due to some effects of a meteor shower on earth. The age is the modern age. The world is kind of peaceful right now. It can be taken as a true slice of life. All of the characters are so lovable, And the MC is one of the best I have ever known. The humour is also great. It one of kind novel. And that’s saying a lot considering how almost 90% of the novel here are the same. The side characters are so supportive as how normal people usually are and not the exaggerated characters created in novels to make the MC shine. In short read it, It just makes you smile. There are so many damn feelings though 😂😂.
