I may have went a little overboard..."
The corners of Grant's mouth couldn't help but twitch as he looked down at the huge crater which was once the Meiris Lake before.
Using magic Grant scanned the crater.
'There you are.'
He appeared above a pile of rubble, using wind magic to remove the top, Grant found Waterfall.
The previous majestic vibe coming from Waterfall was no longer there, her crystal like scales lost their lustre with only half of her huge upper body in sight.
Her body was in an extremely miserable condition.
Grant came down and touched her scales and not surprisingly Waterfall was dead.
It would have been weird if she could survive so many high tier spells.
Suddenly light bubbles started coming out of Waterfall's body, catching Grant off guard.
He quickly distanced himself from Waterfall and carefully looked at the scene with vigilant eyes.
From a safe distance Grant saw Waterfall's corpse turning into blue bubbles till bit disappeared.
The corpse was gone leaving behind a blue coloured ball in its place.
*Shine*
Looking at the Blue coloured ball on the ground, the intense hunger coming from within him increased to a whole new level.
Quickly coming back to the ball, Grant picked it up and carefully looked at it.
He was able to spot a tiny Waterfall sleeping inside the blue ball.
The feeling of hunger inside him kept growing as Grant wondered how he was suppose to eat something which was the size of his head.
Just as he was about to try and break the ball.
A change happened.
Without any warning the blue ball melted in his hand.
But before he could react.
Something inside of him changed.
[Source of power acquired.]

A massive amount of pain travelled through Grant's body as he lost consciousness.

Inside a strange world, Grant opened his eyes.
"How are you feeling.", A figure in complete white asked while looking down at Grant.
A sharp pain travelled through Grant's mind as he grabbed his forehead and stood up.
"Nauseated."
"Well you'll get used to it ", The figure in white said.
Only now did Grant opened his eyes and hot a better look at his surroundings.
It was the space he was familiar with but this time instead of a world of complete dark, half of the place was shrouded in golden light.
To be more specific the world was currently divided in two parts one was complete golden in which Grant was standing and the other half was complete dark.....
Grant narrowed his eyes when he saw a figure sitting in a crossed legged position on the other half of the world.
It was someone familiar to him.
"How..."
A single word came out of Grant's mouth.
He was unable to understand why HE was sitting there.
Or more like how HE was even there.
"Don't think too much about it, you will know when your time comes."
With sharp movement Grant turned his head towards the figure in complete white.
"Just who are you exactly?"
"I cannot tell you right now but don't worry as I have said you will know when your time comes."
The figure in white said as it shaked it's head.
Staring at the white figure Grant had a feeling that he won't be receiving any answers it.
But he was also getting a gut feeling that the figure doesn't have malicious thoughts towards him, if anything it appeared to be friendly.....
It was an instinctive feeling he couldn't express it in words.
Seeing that the figure in white would not be giving him any answers, Grant shifted his focus to the other person in this place.
Grant narrowed his eyes as he started walking towards the pitch black aide of the world.
He stopped right on the dividing line between the golden and the black world.
"What are you doing?"
Grant asked a general question as he stared at him.
He waited for some time but no reply came back which made a frown appear on Grant's face.
"Are you deaf?"
"Let's not bother him shall we?"
The white figure said as he quickly appeared in front of Grant, stopping him from stepping foot into the black world.
Before Grant could say anything the figure in white pointed at the sky.
"Well it's time for you to go back now."
With his words, Grant's figure started disappearing, he gave one deep look to the two of them before he vanished from his spot.
After Grant's figure vanished, a cold voice resounded in the place.
"Clown."

When Grant once again opened his eyes, what greeted him was the familiar screen of his status.
[Congratulations your skill have been upgraded.]
Getting back on his feets Grant looked around at the completely devastated place which was once a beautiful lake.
'Let's get out of here first.'
Knowing how big of a commotion he must have caused, Grant quickly flew away from the place.
While he was utilising his magic to fly, Grant noticed a major change in him.
'My affinity towards water element has increased?.....'
He could feel that the water elements surrounding him have grown way more than before.
It they were like a glass of water before than now they felt like an ocean.
The change was simply too unbelievable!
Feeling the change, Grant suddenly stopped in his track and turned back to look at the giant crater which he had created.
Then Grant raised his hand and said in a small voice.
"7th tier magic [Tsunami]."
A giant wave descended from the sky and filled the giant crater.
In no time the lake was back, once again filled up with water.
"Amazing....."
Grant is able to cast higher level spells using Divine points but this time he did it without using them.
His water affinity has grown by leaps and bounds.
Then a sudden idea hit Grant.
"What if I were to do the same with the other Superior dragons...."

After Grant left the place a black mass suddenly appeared.
It was none other than the [Black Spider Of Calamity].
The giant behemoth stared at the Lake before turning it's head towards the direction Grant went.
"F~O~O~D"
The [Black Spider Of Calamity] quickly started following behind the delicious scent in the air.
