Delicate....
It feels like he'll fall apart if I were to hold him any longer... I'm kind of afraid to hold him but at the same time I feel something..like my heart melting..
"You look like you're gonna eat him anytime soon.." Alex smiled changing the channel.
"Ah sorry, I just am still in disbelief.. I mean finally...finally I have a younger brother... I think I'm gonna cry" I said holding the baby like a small little burrito..
"Not again man...He's four months now..you've freaked out enough already...!!" Alex sighed
"Shutup..I can't help it you know..you know how much I've wanted a sibling! I'm never letting him go, he belongs to me for my whole life!" I said protectively hugging him.
"Yes yes.. I already sense a possessive ass sibling with a brother complex, you don't even have to say" Alex chuckled
"Hey Adrian, say big brother...hey" I said playfully and he stared and smiled at me as if he understood me too well
"Hey if he manages to say that at this age, I'm going to have to call an exorcist" Alex said sarcastically.
"Hey lower the volume, dad's sleeping inside, he might wake up" I said after a pause but soon got distracted by the television in the room.
"It has been an year since the arrest of Kirihara Uzawa and Kirihara Christine and the accomplices in crime, the decision took this long..do you think this kind of act is based on fact that alphas are still treated above the law and they were hesitating to give them a sentence Ms. Himari Aoi?" The news reporter asked
"Not really, I think people are seeing it in that view since they are alphas..The procession took this long because alot of evidence had to be dug out from many years back. Mrs. Christine was moved to mental institute based on genuine psychological issues....I know people have been saying that she might have faked it and hence excused as a poor alpha in distress but that's not true, after she gets treated she will serve proper jail time..as for Mr. Uzawa's trial, the sentence was reduced a few years since he helped exposed the truth and the court found evidence that Mrs. Christine had set him to crime, nevertheless he will suffer the punishment of physical and mental damage he caused Haruka san before his murder..I think the decision was just..finally after an year of procession and through heavy public support we're finally able to make a change... I believe, justice for Haruka san movement was a success..that's all.." She replied to the media while father stood next to her keeping people from simply getting on her. He made way for her when she was done talking "Rest will be explained to you by our lawyer Ms. Rena..."
The crowd moved from Aoi san to Rena san who gave her a killing look since she practically sent the whole crowd onto her so that she could get away herself.
"Falling for her again or what?" Alex's voice distracted me "You were watching her so intently..."
I blushed and shook my head "It's just she finally has that look on her face"
"What look? She's got her poker face as usual ..." Alex said raising a brow.
"Eh..you can't tell?" I asked.
"Tell what? like I said she looks expressionless as usual to me....why...? what does she look like to you?" Alex asked taking Adrian over from me.
" She looks like she can't stop smiling" I replied
"You're crazy" he gave a mocking chuckle while little Adrian was suckling on his chest through the shirt.
"Isn't he always hungry?" I blinked.
"That's how babies are" He replied.
"Natsuro.." Dad called me, I got up and went to the room, maybe we woke him up... I did tell Alex to keep the volume down but he's just so careless
"Yes dad?"
"I don't..feel so good..."

"How's your baby Mr. Zhuang?" Aoi asked taking a tissue paper as soon as they got in the car and pressed it to her face to absorb the sweat without ruining the makeup even though it was practically melting, the weather had been plenty hot.
"He's fine, I'm going to see him afterwards.. I dropped both Alex and Adrian at my house with Natsuro since he's done with his final exams and is practically free.." Mr. Zhuang replied
"They are over? his exams? means my curfew is over too, I can go see him..!" She suddenly yelled excitedly without thinking and then suddenly realized she had said it out loud and coughed a little putting back her mature expression though Zhuang nearly chuckled from amusement.
"Why don't we go see them?" Zhuang asked her.
"Yeah" She tried to keep her excitement down.
"You should also go see your parents already, you know they dropped the charges they put on me and kept little Yuki and her son Eli in their care the whole time like you asked them to.. I think it's about time you give them a chance...they really are sorry about everything..." Zhuang tried to convince her while she frowned a little, her mood got ruined within a second.
"What's your luck with finding Mari..? it's like she disappeared off the face of earth.. I don't know how long I can keep lying to Yuki that I'm getting Mari treated from a made up institution....well she might already know I'm lying actually but she's just gotta be strong because she's a mom now...I still think Ms. Sam should take her abroad.." She changed the subject.
"I'm on it.." Zhuang took a deep sigh "It's just I don't know where she could have gone that we are completely missing out..just hope she's.."
"She's alive!...don't say she isn't.. I cannot face Yuki chan otherwise" Aoi shook her head "What about Kei?"
"I checked on the facility like you asked me to..according to his psychologist there's not much progress with his misophobia but he's been able to keep himself from self harming for a few months now..you know since he got 'that' news.. he's even started speaking a little...which according to the psychologist is a big progress but he still is unable to go out in areas with a lot of people or sleep soundly.. " Zhuang replied.
"He still refuses to see Akio san doesn't he?" Aoi sighed.
"Yeah.." Zhuang nodded.
"What about Akio san then..." She lowered her head.
"He's...." Zhuang bit on his lip "He says he's doing fine...but...he's the only one among all of us who is moving backwards instead of progressing forward..."
"He still isn't opening up is he...? He has suffered on his own for years, he cannot magically start sharing his pain..." She replied.
"It's not good at all, he doesn't talk anymore, he's always silent and looks like he's at a verge the whole time, at this point I don't know what's keeping him living on..he just lives like he has to not because he wants to..." Zhuang got upset as well
"Seems like you still have feelings for him" Aoi smiled.
"Akio...was my first love... I don't think that will ever change...and because I love him.. I can't make him suffer anymore by forcing my existence over him.. I'm the reason he's turned out like this...I can never atone for that..never...no matter how I try to justify myself I know I'm his criminal and he had every right to kill me if he decides to do that one day.." Zhuang replied.
"He won't..he's just a very strong person..compared to him.. I'm nothing, not even once did he lose himself..Akio san had suffered both...what I went through..and what Kei went through..he can relate to both through his whole life ... I just really..." Aoi fiddled with her thumbs "I have a lot of respect for him.."
"Yeah..." Zhuang couldn't meet eyes with her either, both became silent for a little before talking again
"How's his health though? I'm guessing he's bed ridden at this point...I think I should go see him, Natsuro does keep me updated but this case has kept me from visiting him more often..." Aoi tried to lighten up the mood.
"He really takes a lot of care of his dad..Akio raised him so well" Zhuang smiled a little "He says he's gonna do everything in Keitarou kun's place, he even goes to visit the institution in the other city to see Keitarou kun with pictures, he made a diary of the progress each week and I heard Keitarou kun waits for him to come every week"
"Maybe that's why he's starting to put effort into the recovery.." Aoi sighed in relief "Honestly I was really scared that day when Kei locked himself in with Akio san in heat.. I really thought this would turn out so bad...but I'm glad I was wrong, though I still wish Kei would stop being stubborn and go see Akio san already.."
"Same, I was thinking that either Akio or Keitarou kun was going to snap really bad..but I really wonder what happened in there..I mean I know Akio's heats are not that strong usually since he's quite a grown up but that drug induced one was pretty much strong and I thought he'd lose control with Keitarou kun but I guess they worked something out" Zhuang said.
"What do you mean what happened in there..we pretty much all know what happened in there! gosh darn it! you all are making babies here and your son puts curfews on me!!" Aoi gritted her teeth.
"Well good thing he's got a leash on you then" Zhaung laughed a bit.
"What am I? a dog?" Aoi said with a twitching brow.
"What, he's being more practical than you here, he wants to get a proper job before any of that..and you should get one too, these part time modeling isn't enough, inherit your company already, don't just throw it away because you have an issue with your parents, you know you can help a lot of omegas just by giving them better jobs so keep your ego aside and do it already" Zhuang scolded her.
"Fine DAD! UGH" Aoi rolled her eyes.
"So childish" Zhuang said.
"Well you were the one who said I should act my age so yeah" Aoi spoke sarcastically.
"Yeah yeah" Zhuang laughed a little but then got a phone call, Aoi took it out from his pocket since he was busy driving "Who is it?"
"It's Alex" Aoi replied and picked it up "Hello?...WHAT?! OKAY OKAY! WE'LL BE THERE!" She dropped the call.
"What happened?!" Akio gulped nervously.
"Its....Akio san..it's time!" She said being out of breath
"OH DAMN! What now?! Hospital?! I'll turn it around!" Zhuang said also getting on fire.
"No no! wait...there's still time...turn it to the other road" She pointed.
"Why?!"
"Because there's someone that MUST be next to him right now!"
