Chapter 130: Shun v/s Aoyama
Shun looked at Itsuka who was looking towards her classmates with a smile while showing a V-sign to them.
Shun smiled and gave her a thumbs-up as he saw her gaze shift to him.
"Haha, that match ended in a matter of seconds. Haha, hey wasn't class 1-A supposed to be so much better than us."
Hearing a familiar tone Shun sighed and turned towards the source of noise and just as he expected he saw Neito clinging onto the wall while looking at his classmates with a mocking expression on his face.
"Well, Itsuka is not here so it's up to me to handle him..." said Shun as he stood up and casually walked up to Neito and gave him a neck chop.
Monoma who lost his consciousness almost immediately fell on the ground face first.
Seeing their classmate fall, two boys from 1-B came forward and dragged him back.
"Sorry for the trouble Shun-san. Best of luck with your match." said one of the boys which were soon followed by the other 1-B students.
Seeing how the students of 1-B, who were not on friendly terms with their class, were acting towards Shun made the students of 1-A realize once again that their class president was amazing in many ways.
Thanking his friends from the other class Shun looked back towards his classmates, more specifically towards his opponent.
Aoyama who noticed that Shun was looking at him flinched but still stood up from his seat as he knew that it was now his time to fight.
The other students also looked at Aoyama with worried looks but didn't say anything since they had nothing they could say to him that would make him feel better about the challenge he was about to face.
Shun walked towards Aoyama and extended his hand forward.
"May the better man win Yuga. No hard feelings after the match."
Yuga smiled as he grabbed Shun's hand and said, "Don't worry, my shining and brilliant self is great enough to know that."
Both the boys shook their hands as Shun smiled and walked out with Aoyama.
On their way to the stage, Shun looked at Aoyama and asked, "Hey Yuga want to make our match interesting?"
"Hm?"
Aoyama tilted his head in confusion seeing which Shun smiled brightly and started explaining his idea to him.
Aoyama who heard Shun's idea started to twinkle in excitement and as soon as Shun was dome explaining his idea Aoyama did a pose and said out loud, "Mag-ni-fique!! My dazzling self will shine even more in that condition."
"Yeah, so are you fine with this. We would be able to have a somewhat different fight compared to others but it would let us fight on slightly even terms and will make others understand the capability of your quirk as well," said Shun.
"I am absolutely fine with this!"
Aoyama exclaimed as he took various poses seeing which Shun just gave a big and got back on his way leaving the twinkling boy behind.
Shun who could now see the entrance to the stadium saw the deflated All Might standing there waving at him.
"Uncl-...All Might, what are you doing here," asked Shun.
"Nothing much just came to cheer you up." said All Might as he looked at Shun.
Even though Shun was not his successor, they were still senior and junior who learned under the same teacher. Not to mention that he knew the boy for far longer and better than any other kid his age and had a soft spot for him.
All Might walked up to Shun and looked at him with a proud expression on his face. He held him by his shoulders and buffed up.
"I know that it might not mean much to you, but still let me say this."
Shun looked at All Might seriously as he saw the buffed-up guy take a deep breath.
The air around All Might changed in an instant as he looked at Shun with a serious look and a huge smile on his face.
"Keep a smile on your face and show the whole world that you are here!.... Hey, don't cringe like that! It's hurting my feelings!"
Shun who cringed way too hard hearing the words that came out of All Might's mouth looked at his senior who has deflated once again and was complaining.
"A simple best of you would have worked there," said Shun as All Might just stare at the boy for a while before he gave a defeated sigh.
"Some things never change. Alright, let's do it your way. Best of luck Shun."
"Thanks. See that felt better. Seriously just be casual when you are in front of me."
"I have an image as well, you know."
"Oh, do you want me to read you the embarrassing and hilarious moments of the no.1 hero written by your truly?" asked Shun with a smile.
But All Might who heard those words shivered up and seeing his smile cold sweat started forming on his face.
Shun chuckled seeing the troubled face of his senior and said, "Just take your seat and watch the show. And thanks once again uncle might."
Shun freed himself from All Might's grasp and gave a reassuring smile to him before he walked out towards the stage.
All Might turned around and looked at Shun's back for a while and soon smiled as he heard the loud cheer from the audience that erupted as soon as Shun entered the field.
"Hah, kids sure grow up soon." muttered All Might as he thought about the old days.

Shun who was now standing on the concrete stage waited for Aoyama to show up.
He glanced around his surroundings for a while before his eyes landed on Midnight who was crouching down at the corner of the stage and talking to one of the staff. The way she was crouching made her butt stand out in her not-so-family-friendly costume and that sight even made Shun stop looking around for a while.
'I seriously wonder how she is allowed to teach in a high school. Well, I don't mind it though.' thought Shun as he continued to focus on the big ass *cough**cough* big match in front of him.
Soon enough Aoyama came onto the field and took a pose.
"All right everyone both the participants are now on the field! On one side is the shining boy from the hero course Yuga Aoyama!!"
"Bonjour" said Aoyama.
"And the one facing this shining boy is the cool and mysterious student from the same class. Shun Kazami!!!"
Present Mic announced with great passion as he knew that most of the audience who were watching the event were very excited for this match.
Once the introduction was done both Shun and Aoyama looked at each other almost instantly and gave a nod.
"Are both of you ready?" asked Midnight.
Both of them nodded and Shun said, "Yuga I said this before but no hard feelings."
"Fufu, same to you Kazami-kun. May the best man win. Ah, before we begin let me announce this! This match will be a duel with no hand-to-hand combat!" said Aoyama.
Shun gave a nod took his stance as if he was holding a gun.
Aoyama took his pose as well and waited for Midnight to give the signal to start.
"Oh, it is like a wild west duel! It's very youthful! I approve!" said Midnight with an excited look on her face.
"3...2...1 START!"
And just as those words escaped Midnight's mouth both Shun and Aoyama shot forward their respective beams at each other.
The beams intercepted and canceled each other out.
'...Well, I am holding back up to his level but still, he fired almost at the same time as me.' thought Shun as he fired another blast almost instantly but this time as well Aoyama fired his laser and both of them canceled each other's attacks.
Aoyama chuckled as he fired his laser once again and said, "Fufufu, you might be good Kazami-kun but you are no match for this dazzling bea-"
But before he was even able to finish Shun's attack which he fired from a slightly different angle connected with Aoyama and sent him flying back.
"Ahh~" moaned Aoyama as he got hit by the blast and saw that he was about to fall out of the ground.
He soon positioned himself and fired his beam towards the boundary of the stadium and used the recoil to land back inside.
"Phew~ that was close," said Aoyama as he sighed in relief.
"Really? Seems like I am even closer."
Aoyama who heard the familiar voice behind him turned his head and saw Shun standing there with his hand which was shaped like a gun pointing at him.
"Do you forfeit?" asked Shun.
"Non~," said Aoyama as he shot his laser forward and used the recoil to hit Shun who was standing behind him, and force him out of bounds.
"Not so soon pal. Remember no touching allowed," said Shun as he immediately jumped up in the air dodging the twinkling blond who was about to hit him.
Aoyama looked up with a shocked expression on his face and saw Shun aim his finger at him.
"Au revoir," said Shun as he fire another kinetic energy blast at the speeding Aoyama.
The combined force from his own attack and Shun's was enough to push the shining boy out of the stage and make him fall on his back.
"Aoyama is out of bounds! Winner Shun Kazami!!" declared Midnight and the audience erupted in a cheer.
