In a world where almost all of the living beings are infected or you can say blessed as well for a lot, by nano biochemical elements known as Gears, amplifying one's overall ability to a certain degree, whether it's physical or internal. And it's also easy to understand that the powers also had two sides of it, one good and one bad. Storm Lecvolt, a 16 year older stands between the line of good and evil. But one day his life changes for good, when he joins the Circle named “Phoenix Zero”.
