(Doctor Kim inserts the needle around the open wound)
Kang Mi-Yeon ~ Scalpel.
(Surgeon Kang cuts more skins and layers, around the wound to be able to grab the metal shard)
Kang Mi-Yeon ~ tweezers.
(Surgeon Kang takes out the metal shard with the tweezers making the wound bleed)

Kim Se-Yeon ~ (Eyes widen) His heart rate is getting lower! Move!! (Does CPR)
