Synopsis
Young Jade finds himself wounded and stranded, alone in a dangerous forest. Alone and unable to move he is suddenly struck by lightning. in a desperate bid to save himself he attempts to absorb the energy. When he awakens a strange voice is speaking to him - " I Am You, and You Are Me!"
How will this unusual tale unfold? Follow the quest of Young Jade who seeks to revitalize his clan as the last remaining member, and his unusual partner, Spark -- a living elemental who somehow has become attached to his soul, permanently.

-Action (The primary focus is action, story exists, but it drives encounters)
-Martial Arts (Not watered down stuff, but rather theoretical martial styles based on the world, as the MC eventually begins to piece together a style specific to him.)

Shameless Author Review. This is an original story which features some different aspects to it than your standard weak to strong fiction. While the character does grow strong, it happens much more quickly since he doesn't need to worry about acquiring high grade energy for his body. The main focus is on action , martial arts and battles -- as well as unraveling the mystery of Spark -- the entity that resides within the Mc.

I'm updating my review on this because the story is starting to get more interesting. one thing I really like about this story is that the cultivation is explained well. many cultivation novels do a terrible job of explaining the cultivation ranking system. not only does the author go into depth about how things work, but the addition of a system makes it really easy to understand. it seems like there's a lot of potential here and the action is picking up as well. I can't wait to see what happens once Young grows stronger.
This story is interesting, if only for the premise. A young boy is double crossed and finds himself sharing his body with a spirit. together they must prevent rampant spirit energy from destroying them. I'd like to reserve my judgement to see how the story develops but right now I think I favor the author's other cultivation story (A Dragons Grimm Cultivation). This one isn't bad , it's just more traditional.

Loving this story so far! The thing I really like about this story is that the cultivation is explained well. Found this book on kindle. I can't believe it didn't show up in my recommended reads here..... it's exactly the type of book I like to read.
