Chapter 274: Hollow

Spiren felt a cold smile covering his face as he observed the grasping darkness swallow the light of the winged figure. Even though his plan had been ruined and he had to use his greatest trump card, his most dangerous enemy was finally gone.

Everything else was quite doable and Spiren let himself relax, it was impossible that the ancient demon could fail and he was certain that Azemo's magycka was locked away, he had seen it used many times. Everything was just perfect and even his moonlight arm felt more powerful than his real limb.

Spiren's thoughts settled on memories of his past life and the incredible empire of crime he commanded. Now in the magical realm, he would be able to command the entire world. 

The cold smile slowly shifted to one of satisfaction and that was the way it would remain for the rest of his life.
