Chapter 327: The Secret of Sera's Birth

Emily sat in silence as Shadow drove the car. She was so lost in her thoughts that she had no clue where they were heading. It was only when the car came to a sudden stop that she was pulled out of her thoughts.

She watched as Shadow climbed out of the driver's seat before heading toward her side. The man opened the door with too much aggression before he unbuckled her seatbelt and pulled her outside.

"Shadow! What's wrong?" She asked as she tried to pull her arm out of his tight grip. Thankfully, he let go of her hand immediately as if realizing that his hold was too tight.

"You should be the one telling me exactly what's wrong, Princess." He said in response to her question, making confusion dawn over Emily's face. "What do you mean?" She asked while looking around. They seemed to have stopped on a pretty much empty street with very few shops or houses nearby.
