Synopsis

Early drafts and stories I sometimes freewrite. I freewrite everything from comedy to horror. Sift through the stories. You might find something you'll like.
And if enough people ask for it, I'll turn it into a standalone novel.

A collection of short stories of different universes and timelines, much involved in the question of morality, philosophy and behaviour. It feels like I'm reading Philip Dick's or Liu Cixin's works. Writing Quality: The writing quality is great. Little if not, no mistakes. I find the writing very logical, which is a writing style on its own. Stability of Updates: From the history of updates, it looks a little erratic but stabilised to a more consistent update now. Hope this continues. Story Development: Despite the nature of a collection of short stories, the story development is good and has a lot of potentials. Each story has its own interesting plot. However, I think the stories' potential is cut short. I understand that its a freewrite and a standalone can be done if requested by many, but I don't think each stories' true potential is shown yet. Character Design: I think character design is the main weakness of the author. The characters in every story feels one-dimensional, maybe not enough time to flesh out their personalities. Every main character sounds logical but devoid of human emotions. I actually liked the side characters more than the main ones. Most of the time, the main characters feel anti-social and technical. It would be really nice to have some variation to have the readers sympathise with your characters. World Background: I think this is the author's strong point. The world background is introduced in detail, even with limited words. I really like the context, the landscape, the background, the setting. It is written in an immaculate fashion. Very well done. 5 stars.

Wow. Its my first time to encounter a work such as this. A collection of short stories. I was fooled by the first chapter, thinking its the beginning of a novel. Though I have to say, the author really writes beautifully. These prompts are thought-provoking, for they leave you with questions that makes you wonder what happens next. Its as if you were given the overview of the story but its up to you how it ends. That's definitely something new. Please continue writing. You have a promising talent for it.

The title of this book draw me to this book and I find the blurb funny yet exciting that I have reviewed without baiting a eyes. I love the way The blurb was written but I wished there were words to read in it. The truth remains I just want to find out what this book is all about as the blurb attracts my attention already. If not disappointed as I strongly believe I wouldn't, I will recommend this book for all of you. ♥️

this novel has a very interesting variety of short stories, both comedic and entertaining. I have only read one other novel like this but to be quite honest this one is leagues ahead. even the vocabulary used is good, I have thoroughly enjoyed it!

This is really something! I actually wanted to read a book like this. The way the author wrote each story had a different feel, and it makes me curious about the next one! I would also like to add that the descriptions are detailed so it is easy to imagine each scene, and the grammar is perfect! Great work 🙋‍♀💞🚢

The way this book is written is refreshing. I like both the concept and execution. Each chapter got me satisfied with the ending and eager to find out the next stories. My only issue is that some stories could have a bit more detail, just another paragraph or two to allow the reader to get used to the rhythm and flow of the new universe you are introducing us to. Nice job!

The very first chapter is interesting and thought-provoking. The stories that follow are just as captivating. Unusual reading for sure but not in a bad way, very different than anything else I've read on this platform. I will certainly keep reading and look forward to more from this author!

It's interesting and unusual, to say the least. Leaving you questioning what you would do if you were in their shoes. I'm interested to see what comes next.

This collection of short stories are aptly named Mindstorm. It is basically the author tackling random ideas of his/her one by one. The proposition is the story while the mc is the rational part of the author that tackles it. Or it I might be thinking too much and they are all just random short stories. I had fun either way so nothing to complain about lol.

This story deserves a five star review. Hardly seen such a book on this platform. Every chapter has it's own speciality. Chapter one truly related to some fantasy which we used to have to childhood days: 'what if someone disappear?' Another chapter on how a people can actually ignite the feelings in other to be free and to rise up in the world. The prose style author has chosen is well appreciated in that chapter(well I comprehend this reading the chapter). The sixth chapter is one knowledgeable chapter. I enjoyed the chapter fully, make me recall all the technical terms the author has used. I would like to recommend this book to every reader on this platform. Such a wonderful story should be read and trust me you all will enjoy this work. Thanks a lot author for creating this work. Keep it up....

From the first story alone, you are presented with a curious probability. It is a question of morals, and though short, the MC’s dilemma is quick to turn from his lament at the mundanity of his work and life and co-workers to a resounding horror at what something as simple as wishing it all away wrought. It begs the question: what would you do if you could make anything and anyone disappear with a single thought? The remaining stories not only showcase the authors grasp of the English language, but their understanding of style of communication that is both informative but without having to show everything. The characters are fleshed out, entire beings with thoughts and emotions and goals — they are flawed and utterly human. The sentences flowed beautifully and seamlessly and applaud must be given to the written for being versatile with not only the different genres, but also seeing to their characters being singular individuals that are not cut-and-copies of generic tropes, and their world building skills.
