"We are not in high school anymore, Val! I'm not yours anymore! I have a wife waiting for me at home!" Xavier yelled making Valentina laugh out loud.
"Not mine? Babe, you are mine! I don't remember you breaking up with me or caring about your so-called wife when you were f*cking me a day before your wedding!" Valentina replied wrapping her arms around Xavier, crashing her lips fully against Xavier's lips.
Xavier couldn't resist his first love anymore and gave what she wanted to her.

I just started reading this story and I really love it 🥺 the name of the book grabbed my attention quickly. Honestly I'm not very fond of stories that include cheating but this book has genuinely captured me to the point where I keep on coming back to read it. Overall I have very high hopes for this book currently and while it continues to develop I would like to end on this last note I highly recommend you to read this story ayou will not be disappointed. *I'm also secretly hoping the 2 main characters have a happy ending* 😇😋
We never like the 2nd woman and the person whom we regard as homewrecker but have you ever heard his/her side of story? NO! This work specially highlights the story of a passionate lover, a witty and powerful lady who will go through lengths to get back what's hers. She's in love with ML (who marries another woman) but believe me as far as I can feel it....my hunch is that MLs wife is the villain whereas the FL who appears to be a bad person is actually a victim. And if this is accurate guess then author has successfully created the hype and understanding of the characters. They appear naive but accordingly situation, the development of emotions is wonderful and that's what drives the plotline up to fuller. Don't worry about the quality its highly readable (more than that) and not to forget the smexy cover. ☆_☆
tbh I get that she loves him so much for 9 years but the fact is that he is already MARRIED, I don't know about others but I know that if I love you but you are already married I would straight up give up and not come between a married couple UNLESS he is divorced and what's so good in fu@king someone in a relationship without having a title. (Ps: don't come for me my own personal opinion.)

I initially had some expectation as this is the first novel I’m reading which focuses on the “second woman”, but I’ve been severely disappointed. The title and synopsis may as well be rewritten at this point because the plot seems to be going in the complete opposite direction. Only the initial 50 chapters correlate with the title and synopsis. After that, it’s like the story has diverged into the budding romance of Valentina and Jason. This is turning out to be no different from any other romantic novel where the girl is cheated on and her lover marries another while she having been heartbroken finds a man who loves her, etc. The supposed ML lacks any sort of backbone and and was forced into a marriage where he’s simply being used as a puppet and has no real control over his life. The FL who claims to be deeply love the ML and will get him back at all cost has within the span of a week already moved on and looking to start a relationship with another while stating that she wouldn’t go back to the “ML”. So in what way is this any different from the vast majority of romance novels on this site? Don’t get me wrong, this type of development is perfectly fine and enjoyable to me, but I just feel like I’ve been scammed of the original reason as to why I started reading this in the first place. The factor that hooked me in was taken away from the equation, so my interest has waned.

Tbh, this is my first time writing a review for a contemporary romance novel. I haven't read many so there might be mistakes in my judgment. I started this novel not expecting much, but as I read till mid-way, I put all the thoughts behind my back and decided to stop it. Bcz, this novel doesn't suit my taste. Xavier, the ML, isn't that interesting of a character. He just accepts to marry some random woman his father choses. He isn't a nine-year-old kid that can't think for himself, right? He had Valentina who was his lover since high school or it says. Their bond isn't something that can't be easily broken by a third wheeler. Tears start streaming down his face for who knows how many times. Each line I read makes it more awkward and awkward. It would be better if the author uses other words to describe his pain. Reading the same lines doesn't help but irritate for someone like me. Letting these all slide, what surprised me the most is the wedding night which goes smoothly. Really smooth. I was taking time, keenly going through those lines expecting him to reject or something along those lines, but it still didn't happen to lead to disappointment. And the next day he goes to Valentina's office, telling her to break their relationship. I could go on and on explaining many things. But I'm really sleepy and most of it, tired now. In short, I appreciate the author for writing this novel. Don't take it to heart whatever I said. I just want to advise you to make it interesting for a fellow reader such as I, to read. It would be better if you increase the chapter length because everything I read could be sum into 200 words. Write something which makes the readers react and feel the emotions coursing through the characters. Not just plain one. I couldnt' give more stars and this is the maximum I could. Author, if you reply, type in lesser words bcz I can't read and understand quickly. Try to sum it up in 100 words if possible. That if, you reply. Author name is the same of a popular actress I know. I admire her a lot. Good luck!
It is really amazing I can't tell you it contains lots of drama and revenge. It is very interesting and not Boring. I am sure you will all like it!
Honestly the story would've been nice if it was written better. The writing quality is deterring me from reading further. I would come back if this story gets a proper editor and flushes out some of the nonsensical/repeated chapters.
The plot is so good...I really really like the uniqueness of the story but the writing quality sucks. Even though I didn't mind it at first, it gets harder to read every chapter as I went on.
Sorry author to give you my honest reviews. Since the start of the novel I'm trying to understand why can one situation be explained in one chapter rather than repeatedly repeating the word and make no sence. I also want to ask you if you know where the story is going, I just feel it is going in circles and nothing more. I know it is very difficult to write and I'm not discouraging you. But you also have to think as the viewer also. You have great plot, good characters but hanging the story for too long makes it loose interest. You can take help from fellow authors directly or indirectly to make the story more believable. Before you took break, the story was going good but now it feels you have lost your compassion. In no way I mean to hurt you, if it does pls forgive me 🙏🙏
I was really looking forward to this book as it seemed differnt from the others, but i was disappointed. My review is based on reading about 30 chapters. The characters are really underdeveloped and lack luster. there was nothing interesting about any of them. The ML just dose what his father wants and whine about it, he doesn’t seem to be his own person but he is apparently a good businessman. the FM is emotional and is still trap in the past. she blame others for her actions and seem to lack self respect and esteem. And then there is the hypocritical best friend and greedy wife. I guess thIs was not for me. Also as much as they are charging for a chapter i expect better grammar.
The beginning was good and I was anticipating great story development but am disappointed the development is stagnant and too much repetition.

It's difficult to read because of the dialogue. The grammar is not perfect, some repeativenes, the structure of the dialogue is awkward, and overall the content is childish. I had high expectations from the synopsis that sounded like an different and mature story.
I'm again come to give a review 🤭🤭🤭🤭. I want kill that xavier how he do that to my val. And he is more like puppy who obey his master who is his dad. Val make this survive lots. I can't say anything about Rose as it's progressing and I haven't meet her properly. Let's see who she really a devil or angel. Hope she not Angel 🤭🤭🤭. And I can't stop curing that stupid xavier. Author you are doing good. keep do hope for more updates. I love this story from start.

this novel is basically saying its okay to cheat with someone's husband, it basically take two to tango. this novel is just immoral in my eyes.it talks about the story of the second woman but why did she become the second woman in someone's marriage.And the husband is just trash.How would you feel if you were the wife who's being cheated on.But some people have their reading preferences,so its not my right to be judgy
