What it is about is a teenage named Kilo, who is a massive fan of One Piece and reincarnates into One Piece as Luffy's brother and is already at birth able to beat top vice admirals
but wants to get stronger to protect the ones he cares for. He is eventually called 'wind devil' Kilo.

This is a really good fan-fic. I really enjoyed ready this. Although I would say you could describe what is going on in the rest of the world and what is happening to other characters. Except that, it is amazing :)
