"Where have you been?" inquired Oscar as he followed his wife inside the hall. He was controlling his anger longer than he should have as his mind didn't want to think the worst. 

Elaine just ignored him and walked back to her seat. She took her purse and opened it, then took out her lipstick. She was starting to get annoyed at Oscar. Most of the time, the moment she gave him the silent treatment, he would back down. But today, he was overly annoying by continually asking her this question. 

"Elaine, answer me," Oscar, despite of his anger, managed to speak calmly. 

That was the final straw for Elaine and she finally answered him. 

"I took a piss, okay. Satisfied?" she snapped that made someone laugh from the other table upon hearing it. Elaine had obviously made it louder to embarass Oscar.
