ben10rocks Hello Guys. I have added this Power Level table according to my own estimation. You may find some charachters having lower or higher power than as shown in manga or anime. Why? Because I felt so. Most of the villains were underestimated or defeated due to plot armor. For example, it took months to defeat Kaguya for Hagoromo and Hamura but Naruto and Sasuke who had only the power of Hagoromo defeated her in few hours and had enough strength to fight each other.
This is just ridiculous. Kaguya who had chakra of the whole world, killer techniques, overpowered dojutsu, psuedo immortality, experience of fighting before, an Otsutsuki(yes it is an important fact. Otsutsuki were all down played in the anime and manga. Seriously guys, a clan who had been living for who knows how many years, didn't have their own fighting technique or anything. This sounds impossible to me.)
So here I have tried to give them their estimated power level. As for more details please wait till I write more about them as the story continues. This is an alternate universe. So anything is possible in the future. It will not follow the original storyline.
