Chapter 5: Trial Complete
All of sudden, while the young man was struggling to breathe, begging and pleading to Alvian to save him, the woman who had died minutes ago suddenly stood up clumsily and immediately headed towards Alvian who was far away from her, directly ignoring the young man a few feet away.
The zombified lady seem to have considered the young man as its own kind as it directly ignored the man dying on the floor and headed straight towards Alvian.
It clumsily stretched out its arms, drooling from its mouth and grabbed at Alvian suddenly.
With fluid moves, Alvian evaded to the side, letting the zombies grabbed the air as it passed by him. With a back kick, the zombie was sent smashing against the glass, falling through it like the first zombie had done.
Withdrawing his outstretched leg, he turned around to face the young man lying on the floor, against the wall.
After a few minutes of struggle, the young man soon remained quiet and didn't move any more but his eyes were full of resentment and hate as they rested on Alvian.
Alvian walked in front of the of the glass, his back to the see through glass as he continued to watch on and just barely 30 seconds later. The young man's body shook slightly.
This made Alvian frown as his transformation after death was a lot faster than the woman and the man before him.
Alvian ignored the panicked screams and shouts coming from both outside and inside the building. There were some occasional sound of gun shots that rang out from time to time in the streets.
Soon, the young man's eyes turned black and he immediately locked his gaze on Alvian. "Uhn? he remembers me." He raised his eye brow at this, a bit taken aback
Immediately after, with agility almost equal a grown man at his peak, it leapt at Alvian with a growl.
"An enhanced zombie?"
Alvian expressionlessly blinked his eyes and he casually made a sidestep unexpectedly.
The zombie, suddenly missed its target automatically launched itself through the glass.
Crash!
But unexpectedly, it grabbed onto the edge of the elevator, trying to claw its way back inside while growling loudly at Alvian.
"Hm. Survival instincts. Now I don't think you will die from the fall. Let me help you." Alvian cocked the gun and immediately disassembled the slide from the pistol.
In a swift and clear manner, he stabbed at the zombie through it eyes, penetrating its brain. Alvian's dark hair floated rapidly due to the high altitude and the wind.
Suddenly, a white light flashed as a huge orb, floated from the falling body of the young man and flew towards him.
Alvian hadn't expected it, so he swiftly moved backwards with astonishing speed and simultaneously dodging to the side.
But the white light was just too fast. It immediately integrated into his body without any ripples. Alvian was stunned and his gaze turned serious. He didn't know what that was but it was definitely faster than a bullet.
"Ding!"
Alvin was immediately interrupted from his thoughts when he heard his phone ring.
Grabbing his hand phone from his pockets. He saw a message on his screen. Alvian clicked on it and read.

The TRiBECA's cooperation has lost control over the laboratories located in this city, resulting in the escape of Patient zero, infecting this city with its virus. Now the TRiBECA's cooperation are scouring the city in search for it. Find it and eliminate it.

Terminator: Terminate all enemies.
Ultimate Terminator: Terminate all enemies and every other players in three dungeons.

Alvian read the message on his phone two times and when he scrolled to the buttom, he realised there wasn't any messages left to read.
Keeping his phone back inside his pockets, he remained in thought for a few seconds then expressionlessly glanced at elevator he was in.
He had used enough time already to observe the patterns of the zombies. Now that he had gotten what he wanted, he needed to go somewhere important. To Evyana.
Although he knew he was in an alternate universe, his little sister was the only one he cared about. And no matter if it was the real universe or another one, he would certainly make sure she was alright. He had tried calling her but it seems the communication tower is down.
As for the mission, completing it on the way shouldn't prove too difficult.
He had three days to search and eliminate patient zero.
His eyes narrowed in on a bag on the floor, it was the young lady's bag. He grabbed it from the floor and rummaged through it.
Reaching for the elevator's door, Alvian took out the pen he had taken from the young lady's purse and stuck it in the middle of the door.
Using his strength, he pushed the pen further inside. The door of the elevator slide open with a creak by a small amount.
But that was all Alvian needed. He placed his hands between the space he had created and then with a terrible grunt, he pulled the door apart.
But what met him was a metal wall. The lift wasn't even near a floor where he could have landed.
Without wasting any more time, he grabbed the pointy shoe of the young lady and threw it at the top of the elevator to push aside the free square metal sheet covering the hole.
